Superdry - White City Recensioni 

First time in the shop, great service looked after straight away help with my choices, bought a coat, one happy customer.

I want to say a big thank you to the young lady from Ethiopia. I don’t remember her name but she was simply outstanding and excellent customer service.

I love Superdry. Brilliant quality and style. My two teenage daughters love it. The shop is really fun to explore.

The staff was friendly and polite. I loved that there was music while looking around. I was able to try my items and ask for advice and the woman on the till we was having a good conversation and a laugh and I was able to purchase a coat and wore it straight away as the weather was cold and didn’t have a jacket.

Jacket is super perfect and the staff was so attentive

One of the crew members named Mary is very helpful and courteous. Excellent customer service.

Paid for my item with cash however, my change was returned in five pence coins over five pound worths. Cheers

The quality is always very good and the materials last for years. My only issue is that there’re usually very few people at the store to help find the right sizes and designs. The clothes are usually pilled up on top of each other and it’s very difficult to find what I’m looking for. It was during the Christmas / new years season so maybe that’s why

Quality feels like a primark item. Looks like they have same manufacturer. Only thing different is the logo, that too looks like a kid made it. £119 gone to waste. 🚮
Came in a thin brown paper bag. No packing inside either. Doesn’t look worth money spent at all. Folded into a ball and stuffed into the paper bag.

I received a notice for collection faster than expected and the reminder emails.

This was a present for my Daughter and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful

Daughter loves coat..very warm..staff were great.. good store..lots of stock and sizes..never shopped there before but will again

I really like Superdry, I believe you have a good range of products however it is hard to find someone to ask for a help or advice. Another issue is, I was struggling to find the right product for myself, it may need some rearranging of layout to ease congestion.

Greetings. From the ordering to the delivery. Everything went smoothly and not to mention the quality of the product exactly as described. I was a bit skeptical at first but now I'm sold. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend. Thanks you Superdry.

Fabulous, good quality and friendly service

My Puffer Jacket had a threading ripped off and when I asked one of your stores, the manager was kind enough to replace a new one to me on spot and the exchange was very simple and seamless. Great job by the manager of Westfields Mall - Shepperd's Bush
