Good product not expensive but happy with the product

Easy to get the products I wanted and fast in payment

The products and the variety
The person at the cashier was ok… didnt add much on the experience.
He did mention the waranty on one of the items but other than that he didnt seem that engaged

The gentleman who took care of our purchases was quick, courteous and very professional. He also was meticulous with the folding and packaging of the items. I have a feeling he was the manager and if that’s the case he is setting a fabulous example for the rest of the employees that work there and for your brand. The only complaint I had was that the store was too hot. If it was cooler, I bet our family would have purchased more items.

I like the ti shirt and the styles so nice amd good quality. The price is good as well

I was visiting London from Canada. I took two lines to get to your store, which was an experience all on its own😳Circle line is HOT!😂 it was worth the trip, I picked up and amazing jacket and jeans🥰

Fast and efficient from ordering,arriving then exchanging.Very good service also staff were helpful and friendly instore when i collected then had to return and exchange.

Staff guidance and the purchase

Music too loud, no one helping it in the fitting rooms and messy area round the dressing room. Staff not helpful and does not seem to be interested at all.

To be honest I really dislike the music blaring through the speakers, which distracts me from shopping. I couldn't wait to leave last week when I was there. Drill , R&B and rap aren't good shopping music tracks... apart from this I like all the clothing styles.

It’s always too hot in there. There was only 2 changing rooms open and a massive queue but thankfully a member of staff came and unlocked more. The shop is all over the place too and very tightly packed. Makes it hard to find things

We bought a nice and sale t-shirt. Also a friendly cashier.

Dude discusting stuff that was racist & stereotyping my 13 year old daughter who is mixed race. This stuff didn't realise she was my daughter. When we walked in the alarm went on because we did shopping in TkMaxx & they always forgetting to de-activate the alarm tags on beauty products. So this staff quickly came to that door starring at my daughter with discusting facial expression then she went on starring at me. Then when I looked at her giving her a quick smile she had the most unpleasant face I can't even discribe carrying on staring. That's when I gave her one hard, angry look then told my daughter we are not welcomed in here and start to walk out of the shop. As I turn I see her standing with another staff smirking and talking looking at us. At the time I didn't know that the other man was a cover manager because the real manager was off on holiday. So I couldn't believe what I was seeing so I went back in the shop with my daughter asking this women if that was a manager? She said yes. When I went to approach him she also followed. I tried to explain to him what happened but he didn't even let me finished, shouting at me and told me to get out of the store and never come back. After that I was so angry and discusted I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional, nasty behaviour before from the manager before. I spoken to one of security who's a good friend and been working there for many years telling him what happened. He was shocked and said he knows the manager of Superdry and the man I described wasn't him. He went to find out that Karen manager was just a cover manager and he had no right to treat me a customer like that. This shows the true faces of people. Just because he's a cover manager in that shop he thinks he can treat people anyway he likes and let his staff to do whatever they like too because the new manager is away, taking advantage and ruining someone's bussiness. Shameful!!!

I went in-store to order a couple of items via the company's I-pad system (normally, this includes free home delivery & is often faster than the online delivery option of £3.99). The staff at the branch couldn't work the device as it allegedly "wouldn't connect". Worth mentioning it wasn't entirely their fault. To my disappointment however, I was advised to order online (while in-store) but have the items delivered in the branch (which would mean me re-visiting the store for collection). Free home delivery wasn't possible via the online route unless I paid £3.99, but even then, the item wasn’t guaranteed to arrive at the desired time, so there was not much point paying for something to arrive later when I could get it home delivered sooner at no extra costs! I placed an order online, anyway, went home & returned to the store the next day for collection. To my unpleasant surprise, I noticed the device was in fact working as other customers were ordering via that method. I felt annoyed for having to travel so long (over 20 miles altogether), wasted a lot of time, traffic stress, parking etc just because of a failure in the company's process/system/customer service, and it couldn't provide a satisfactory alternative. After reaching out to Customer Care, I was disappointed that they didn’t address my inconvenience and dissatisfaction except with a mere apology and that they would inform the store manager of my recent experience and provide staff training. Although there may arguably be a positive outcome for future customers, I still felt disadvantaged considering being a loyal customer for years! I don’t think I will be looking at Superdry products again in the near or distant future, following this let down! There are enough competitive and amazing products out there with better customer experience to consider.

Great costumer service I love their t-shirts specially anything Japanese influenced
