Very impressed from start to finish. I’ll definitely be buying again.

The jackets at superdry are made to a high quality and standard. I previously got a superdry jacket for my xmas in 2009 and i have only just had to put in the bin due to general wear and tear and so i decided to buy another superdry jacket because i know it is off excellent quality. The jacket is very cosy

Once again, your staff have provided me with excellent customer service.
I tried on an item of clothing which l decided to buy, upon dong so l asked for if they had any in the store room that had not been on display.
The assistant checked on her tablet and found that they had none of my size in stock just the display item to buy.
I asked if they could get me the item of clothing from the main warehouses, again they checked via the tablet internet and they had some in stock which they could dispatch to my home address to save me coming back into the store.
I asked the young assistant their name she informed me it was “ Anna” as once again l was very impressed with your customer service, irrespective of what outlet l shop in in and around UK.
As a mature male, l will definitely continue to shop in your branches, one for the quality of items and secondly for your outstanding customer service.

The jacket arrived at the Superdry collection store, Dundee before the allocated arrival day. The shop assistant in the store offered a very prompt and friendly service. The shop assistants in the Dundee store are alway happy and friendly with the public. The jacket was as described and I like it very much.

This is a great occasion back, compact and unobtrusive! The Superdry logo always adds a dash of street cred! Plenty small pockets for phone, ear buds, wallet and two side pockets to stash your bottle of water. All round its gonna be easy to live & commute with

Ordered 3 t-shirts on sale. Good quality and really comfortable and goes along with almost everything. The delivery was also quite fast.

Received my delivery quickly,no issues at all.The Jacket I ordered is gorgeous and is exactly as described on the website,the only thing I don't like is the sizing I've had to return twice as the sizing is either to small or really big.But overall very happy with the service and my purchase.I will definitely continue to shop with superdry.

As always superdry clothing is amazing quality and sizes are really true to scale, i wouldnt wear any other joggers or hoodies now

Thank you Superdry did it again. Ordered for my daughters birthday, simply on line. My daughter is shielding and cannot get out at the moment. The items arrived in good time, exactly what she wanted, quality, fit and colour all excellent. Superdry helped to make one young lady very happy.
We love shopping in our local Dundee Superdry shop and cant wait to get back to see new ranges, styles and feel welcomed by the welcoming, helpful staff.

The sizes are too small what they come as

Medium comes small
Large come as medium
The items I received all needs returning and the return process is not made easy.
