Bought a top on-line and returned it to the store as it was unsuitable. The member of staff was efficient and friendly also the store was neat and tidy, Superdry staff are always helpful.

Shop staff were excellent and very helpful, they ordered the hoodie I wanted and it arrived at my home 2 days later.

I bought online and pick up on store. Easy, fast and comfortable:)

As always superdry have great speedy delivery to shop. Love super dry. Dundee staff are very professional, and always sooo helpful. My husband mucked up a gift card and they phoned customer services for us and sorted it out without question. Not all shops take ownership of problems like that. Thank you team Dundee ❤️

Fast delivery and efficient returns process

I had a very positive experience on the 29th Jan. I was in the Dundee store looking for sliders and the female sales assistant was so helpful. She went into the store room and brought all the available pairs out for me to look at. I purchased one of those but she then ordered a second pair online to be delivered to my house for free. These arrived 3 days later.
I was very impressed with the customer service; she could not do enough for me and I will def be back in the store soon. Thank you 😊

Seen item online went into shop but didn’t have item assistant suggested I tried on similar item which gave me better idea of size assistant ordered for me and three days later it arrives in shop customer service was great even tried on in shop

I’ve placed several orders online and an order that arrived was short of items. Very frustrating trying to get through to your online advisors. Such a shame you have done away with the customer calls centre. I called the branch where my delivery was delivered to and the young girl that worked out was absolutely fantastic, she called her head office and had everything sorted out the next day, and my missing items arrived at the store for me to collect the young girl at the Dundee Overgate store deserves a medal
