Friendly, helpful staff!

Couldn't find what I wanted the young man was very helpful in finding it for me he did it with a smile and was very polite.

The staff in the Chelmsford store were most helpful, helping me to find the right garments and answering any the questions I had.
Having just come out of hospital after 10 weeks and not being out and about since February this year I was keen to commence my Christmas shopping before that past me by. Great customer service.

Excellent service and efficient delivery.

To be honest, I just felt this product would serve me during the winter period and the jacket proved me right.

Good collection & helpful staff.

I went into the Chelmsford store to collect my order. And I couldn't see any staff members on the shop floor or at the tills. I waited by the tills hoping for someone to see me waiting by the tills but I was waiting there for a while.

Again I couldn't see any staff around the shop. And the music in store was so loud I couldn't raise my voice over the top of the music to ask for any help.

Still waiting by the tills I then saw a staff member pop out of nowhere but she ignored me and greeted a man wearing a suit instead.
She then could clearly see I was waiting by the tills but still spoke to a man in suite instead for a while. She then disappeared again. And another staff member came out to speak to the man in the suit. This staff member completely ignored me aswell. Then the first staff member I saw came back out and asked if I was okay. It was hard to speak over the music. I am someone who has a very soft voice and I can't project my voice to shout. So it was difficult to speak to the staff member for my click and collect.

Apart from that the click and collect service was lovely and quick and received the relevant emails to say the parcel was ready to collect. Which was great. Items are amazing quality I really love the quality and designs of Superdry. I also do love loud music but in such a small location as Chelmsford it was a little too loud to speak over the top of it. Iv been to the Superdry in lakeside and it being a big store the music volume was great it actually made me try on more outfits and purchase as the music selection is great. It would of been nice in my experience In Chelmsford if there was a staff member Available by the tills that I could of asked for help a little easier.

Had to change a top that I'd had for only a week because it became really bobbly. I had the receipt but not the packaging. I chose a different style as the others in the shop were also quite bobbly but they didn't have my size. The assistant refunded me for the original top and arranged delivery for the next day for the new one - fantastic service and a great top

We had an order to collect for my husband which was at the store as promised. The 2 girls who served us were very helpful, suggesting my husband try them on whilst we were there to save a return journey. All good. The store was well stocked & clean

I bought a pair of trousers online and collected them instore. Trousers weren't quite the right fit, so returned to the shop and was refunded immediately, refund showed up in my account only a few days later, excellent. The shop assistant was friendly and efficient. I'd recommend.
