Staff were good but the store smelt really bad and it made the clothes smell. Even after washing I can still smell it.

Ease of ordering product very good, return of faulty product not so good.

Lovely clothes, excellent quality and price, plus super fast delivery

I purchased a jumper (£50) as a gift and it was too small for the recipient. I went to the store at the first opportunity I had. Even though they were still selling the same jumper at the price I paid for it (full price) they refused to swap the jumper to the next size up because I was outside of the returns/exchange window.
They would not have lost money or a garment they couldn't resell - instead they have lost a loyal customer. I will not spend any more money with them

The lady in the Chelmsford shop knew exactly what I was after, within 2 minutes of being in the shop, she showed me the top i was after & I purchased it. I love Superdry quality. 10 out of 10

I ordered a few things online which came no issues. I needed to return one of the items and I seemed to have lost my email with order number and my online account didn’t have any information from this order. I tried to contact the live chat option but never anyone to help. Sent a couple of messages and no help at all. I then contacted the Chelmsford store and spoke to the manager Rosie. She went out her way and within the hour she called me back after speaking to the appropriate people with my order. I then took this item back into the store and got a refund. Very friendly staff and a great example of how shops are still the best way to shop in my opinion.

My experience in buying a new winter coat was good apart from they didn't stock my colour,so stood in shop ordered a click and collect for item I wanted and it arrived very quickly and was perfect

I love Superdry. The quality and feel of the fabrics is great. I have bought Superdry for all my family and now my grandchildren. The prices are good and just right for the quality.

Coat arrived quickly but I was so disappointing with how it arrived . Both ends of the bag were open , the plastic it was wrapped in was ripped . I do have photos of this.

The lady who ordered my size in the Chelmsford store was very helpful and gave great customer service .

The lighting in the store was definitely better than my last visit.
The music was better too, still quite loud but better than my last visit.
I purchased a top & the safety tag was abruptly pulled out and made a hole in the garment. I even said to the man on the counter please be gentle taking it out.
Luckily enough there was only one other top in the right size, but again still a slight hole was made when the security tag was taken off.
The salesman blamed the staff who tagged the items.
I was not impressed with that attitude.
I did still make a purchase.

I purchased £50 goods.
As soon as I get home from shopping I check reviews against online banking.
Too find a debit of £20.72 seperatly added on!
It sat in Pending for 4 days.
I emailed my query no response.
So today I took myself back into town centre for only that one thing.
The sales assistant was very helpful but he had to call Customets services as he could not give the number out.
They were not helpful at all! Just said " its pending" which i knew already.!!
Who else is getting scammed?
It's definitely something has done on their tills!!
