Amazing customer experience
Sales advisor (I think she was the manager) was amazing (Chelmsford). She was incredibly helpful and managed an exchange of my coat really effectively. Really incredible customer service - thank you!

Super staff at Superdry Chelmsford
T shirt is super, looks authentic vintage. Collected from Chelmsford shop. The staff member was really helpful & friendly. I’d made a mistake on my details and that made it hard for the package to be located but she persevered and it was found. We had a laugh & a joke about my mistake & I wasn’t made to feel stupid.
