Ordered my first MTB with these guys, the bike turned up super quick considering the current covid restrictions. Was very well packaged, everything was dialled in and pretty much assembled!
After sending queries, the team provided outstanding customer service and couldn’t recommend these guys any higher!

Just purchased my second mountain bike from Sunset Cycles, an Orange 5RS, great service from knowledgeable people.
They went above and beyond the call to help with the purchase and kept me informed of delivery and manged to deliver earlier than discussed.
I will be using them again for sure

I bought a new Orange Five from Sunset at the start of 2021. Andrew was replying to all of my emails quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and they even went through the hassle of ordering extra bits for me and shipping these bits with the bike.

Would 100% recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

So today I contacted sunset cycles about a small problem I had with my bike I bought from them 5 months ago I was promptly messaged back saying that my enquiry had been passed on to someone in their technical team who In turn contacted me very shortly afterwards the gentleman was called Gafyn he asked me for a couple of pictures of the part I was having problems with which I sent to him and a short time after I had sent them I received another mail back saying that new part was ordered for me and was under guarantee what a service from sunset and Gafyn thanks so much for dealing with this problem so quickly and absolutely hassle free these guys are the real deal highly recommended business my next bike will definitely be from these guys again thanks guys and stay safe

Just received my new Orange five pro and I'm absolutely over the moon with it. I was recommended sunset through the MTB community and was told these guys are usually the cheapest and best Orange dealer in the UK. After hours of searching on the internet I could not find my bike anywhere cheaper than sunset. MTB stocks are very low at the minute due to the pandemic with many dealers not giving any discount but that was not the case for sunset. To me it seems that they would rather keep customers happy than make as much profit as possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back again when I need a new bike 😃 Thank you to Andrew who dealt with my small delivery issue excellently and was a pleasure to deal with 👍🏻

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Called the shop on Monday, very helpful so I placed my order, within 48hours my new bike had arrived.

Ordered my bike, i love the fact you can upgrade different components, anyway 6 or 7 days past and the money came out my bank and the next day my bike way here, to my horror the bike box was a canandale! My heart was racing as I ripped opened the box to discover an almost complete bike thats been assembled correctly with greese in all the right places. Even the tryes where pumped up??!?!?! Crazy, top bikes great service. Cheers

I bought my Orange Clockwork from Sunset. Couldn’t be happier with the service it was outstanding despite the current situation.
Although a remote purchase I received prompt and helpful advice on sizing and was well informed of what was happening re. delivery - excellent communication.

Fantastic service Yet again from these guys.

Brilliant.

Having ordered my bike from another online store.
Started experiencing a creaking sound from the crank area after only 2 rides and a week of ownership.
Rather than post it back I called Sunset Cycles and they said they would take a look for me.
When I arrived Whiti inspected it straight away and then carried out a full service and adjustments not just the crank.
Can’t fault the knowledge and service, especially since I didn’t purchase my bike directly from them.
I will be 100% recommending Sunset to anyone looking to purchase, maintain or upgrade their bike.

On the 4th June I ordered probably the last 2020 large Marin Rift Zone1 in the country. I immediately received an order confirmation by email. Their bike build and delivery time was listed on the website. Receipt came electronically by email next day as I ordered out of hours on the internet.
The delivery email was sent out the day before, listing their courier. Bike arrived on the day, in the box part assembled. Everything had been correctly adjusted prior to dispatch and the box re-sealed.
Great service during Corona 2020, this is how to do e-commerce correctly. You keep the customer informed through the whole process.
Would I buy a bike mail order again ? Yes
Can I buy from them again ? No... you do such a good job you seem to have sold all your bike stock !
