Good quality lenses
Really easy to order what I needed and received good customer service/communication when I made enquiry about delivery. My lenses fit perfectly and have the Ray Ban logo as they should. I would order again but hoping not to need to!

I understand your disappointment regarding the nose pads not arriving. Unfortunately, they did not reach you by the estimated delivery date, and it seems likely that Royal Mail has lost the parcel.
Had you reached out to me after they didn't arrive, I would have gladly resent the nose pads.

Tiffany sunglasses repair
I am so happy with my repair of my Tiffany glasses. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that my emails were not being answered. We did get to the bottom of it, and they were going in to the spam folder. Perfect result though and a very reasonable cost. Thank you!

Received wrong item
Ordering was easy and the price was very good for original Ray Ban nose pads. I ordered push fit and unfortunately they sent me the crimp style.
I contacted customer service and advised of the error and was informed the correct parts would be posted same day, so far they haven't arrived.
I've now replaced my broken nose pad with one of the crimp fit, it works but isn't as tight as it should be.

I’ve had my Oakley Juliet X sunglasses…
I’ve had my Oakley Juliet X sunglasses for 20 plus years and nearly thrown them away so many times as they were in dire need of a total refurb, boy am I happy I didn’t!! These guys have done a wonderful refurb job and I am so, so happy. Posting them off was simple, the job was done in swift time and they were packaged well for the return journey. Thanks and I will be sending you another pair of Oakley glasses soon.
