Endless abundance to Alex
I have called Sumo to ask two questions in regards; I'm up to date with my current billing. As I do live on my own,
Alex, Customer Service Representative was the one who had picked up my phone call. She had answered my inquiries as she was doing that. She randomly looked up, for a cheaper rate, & had found me a cheaper rate price. That means I can have a bit more extra money to bring more food on the table , so I will pray for her and
I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful customer service.
Thanks to Alex that I am very grateful and have so much gratitude that from the universe, she just came to me and did that so I wish you all the blessings and all the abundance throughout her entire existence of endless happiness and blessings. Her personal attention, willingness to reduce the price as per my difficulty and prompt resolution of my issues were greatly appreciated. Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Constant bill wrong. Had to get the ombudsman involved to get it fixed. Staff are rude, unprofessional and lie.
Annalise - Customer Service
Annalise - who answered the phone - was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to and understand. She sorted my issue quickly and then backed up the information shared with an email with the instructions on my steps needed to swop over to solar power. It was a pleasure to deal with her and with SUMO

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could give Sumo 0 stars I would. This company tried to charge us 6x the amount of gas that we had used every other quarter, and then when I called to ask about it, no one would acknowledge the fact that it was wrong or take any responsibility.
I spent over 10 hours on the phone, and they just blamed it on usage when the meter reading was clearly wrong.
WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING AT ALL COST.

1500$ has been missing from my account. I called Sumo 5-6 times till now but my issue has not been fixed. There is no accountability, No one is taking ownership. Till now I have spent atleast 4-5 hours on follow-up
Charlie and Alex (Customer service)
Today, I needed to contact your Company "Sumo" twice, as I needed some answers for a few things. The first person I spoke to was Charlie, and the second one was Alex. I highly commend them both for their Help and Patience with me. They put me at ease and Explained everything I needed to know in great detail. I cannot fault their efficiency and knowledge and above all, their Customer Service. (So hard to find these days) They are a Credit to your Company, and you are very lucky to have them on your staff.

I went online for a quote some time ago which I have decided does not warrant changing from my current supplier.
I am receiving a large number of calls from SUMO (sometimes more than once per day) which I consider to be close to harassment.
How can I stop this?

On my initial call I was given an option to get a call back without loosing my place in the queue. Alex called back shortly after. She was very helpful, friendly and informative. She took the time to work through my enquiry with me, explaining everything as we went. On completion of that enquiry she took the time to check I was on the best plan for me. Great service.
