Misleading Blue Light Card discount
I am a Sumo customer. Whilst happy with my service, my employer recently issued me with a Blue Light card. The Blue Light card indicated that I would receive an additional saving on my electricity costs. However, on checking, the rates on offer were approx. 10c per KW more than I pay now. This seems rather misleading and a tad unfair

Fast response and problem solved
