Sumo 50-70% less than AGL
I never believed would write a nice review for an Electricity provider but I CANT believe the bill...
AGL bill was $811.28 for last quarter (had increased by $200 so asked for a discount. AGL said no) Moved to Sumo.
Sumo final bill was $252.99 for the next quarter (Did have a discount from full $415.49 with a Government discount am unsure if this will continue or if AGL would even have applied this)
Thanks Sumo, I dont mind paying for what I use in power but this is cheaper than I could have dreamed!

3 times in one day, not to mention all the prior days they call. I will now not ever use Sumo again. They just seem to be harrasing me now

Dealing with SUMO is time consuming and…
Dealing with SUMO is time consuming and frustrating. To change from time of use to single rate tariff took 10 phone calls and I was given incorrect information. Finally rectified. Now on leaving SUMO they are trying to double bill me; a payment already made has been invoiced again on the final invoice. More phone calls, more time. Don't go near SUMO!

I spoke with Charlie and he was fantastic, was very patient and answered all my questions with knowledge that he actually knew what he was talking about. Great customer service. I have 3 separate electricity accounts with Sumo.
Needing to do some admin. maintenance to these accounts, I phoned Sumo to do this.
The operator, Tasrif, provided very timely and efficient support in helping me complete this task.
He was very knowledgeable on ways to achieve this and through his clear communication skills made the experience quite a pleasant one.
