Excellent service from Chloe in the service department and the technician.

A few weeks after servicing the car, I went in to determine what price would be quoted for two front tyres on our MINI COOPER. Chloe price matched a lower price I had obtained, which I was delighted with.

She booked me in, I was impressed that she rang the day prior to having them fit, to remind me of the appointment, of which impressed me.

The tyre change was done whilst I waited, plus I was able to retain as a spare the best of the tyres that had been taken off. Will be back when the rear tyres need replacing.

Very happy with the way I was attended to, both booking the job in and doing the tyre change on the day.

Been buying cars and goods 35 years what terrible service for return of a part within 12 months- placed barriers and blocks and costing me money for return of a part . They think we customers ate stupid!! Merc drivers are not capable of thinking I would argue mgt gone bizarre how have you got him as GM?

A great deal which went very, even with online communications. I would recommend this dealership based on my experience.

So glad I bought my car from here. Even though I was purchasing a second hand car they sorted out the scuffs on the alloys so well that they look like new. Very professional & efficient service. Would recommend Stratstone Leeds to anyone

Changing our mini at Stratstone Leeds was a good experience, the sales person (R.J) was professional and helpful answering many questions throughout the part exchange process and communication via email/phone/sms first class.

As I said Robyn was very nice and helpful, I’m very happy with the car/ only problem what do I do with my 50 odd CD’s,,Fred Dunlop

No complaints about the servicing, all done fine and speedily. I just found the customer service very mediocre. All my interactions, from the phone, to in person at the dealership, were very robotic. There was just no enthusiasm from the staff at all. When I came back to pick my car up, the keys were handed to me, and that was it. Little gestures go such a long way. It would have been nice to be shown to the car, I was just left to wander around the car park trying to find my car on my own.
The servicing came with a wash and vac. Granted it is a free service, however it was done so poorly, I’d have rather it hadn’t been done at all. I think more attention to detail and customer service would make the experience so much nicer.

Jack is absolutely brilliant. He has excellent product knowledge. From the car, to the finance, the mot and service.
He made the whole process seemless.

My son bought a second-hand car from Strastones and I paid for the car on my debit card. The salesman said the transaction had not gone through so I paid again. I was assured the first one would be cancelled however both transactions went through and twice the cost of the car was taken from my account. I rang the garage and was told the money would be reimbursed in 5 working days. 2 weeks later the money still had not been returned so I put in a formal complaint to Stratstones. Their procedure said I would receive a reply within 48 hours. Three days later the money was returned but it took Statstones a further three days to contact me to find out about my complaint. The member of staff did apologise but too little, too late.
So a word of warning if you buy a car from Stratstones be careful how you pay for it.

Amazing service professional and helpful team. Charlotte and her team sourced the car my daughter wanted, after a terrible experience from Arnold Clark I would avoid them. No pressure selling at all brilliant customer service would highly recommend this dealership thank you Charlotte.

Be warned, my experience with Stratone mini Leeds was not pleasant.
The sale person, however was accommodating and helpful, unfortunately that is where the positives end .
Once you have purchased you car, for some reason you are passed onto a handover person . I found this Strastone employee very abrupt unwilling to accommodate, argumentative, rude and quite honestly out of her depth for such an important part of a car purchase .
I could write an essay with issues that occurred, while dealing with the handover person .
For this reason I will definitely not be give anymore business to Stratone Leeds or the dealership, end of and would recommend you stay well clear, there are plenty of really good mini dealership out there, that I am sure would appreciate your custom !!!
