This is now the third car we've bought from MINI over the years, but I can honestly say the service we received this time was on another level.

We only popped in for a quick look around and happened to meet James. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and approachable. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, talked us through all of the available options, and answered every question we had with complete honesty and transparency. At no point did we feel pressured or pushed towards a sale, he simply listened, offered advice, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

We genuinely had no intention of buying a car that day, but thanks to James' professionalism and ability to understand what we wanted, we ended up driving away with a brand new John Cooper Works Aceman today! We honestly don't think we would have gone ahead without the level of service he provided.

A special mention also goes to Michael, who was equally brilliant and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

We're absolutely over the moon with the car, but even more impressed with the customer service we received. James is a real credit to MINI, and he might have even converted me to swap to Mini! We can't thank James and the team enough for making the whole experience such a positive one.

The after sales care at this dealership is appalling. I purchased an electric JCW but started to experience charging issues soon after purchase which they dismissed. I ended up taking the car to another mini dealership and they identified that the car had a leaking tail fin. This was repaired but the problems persisted eventually resulting in the vehicle being recovered as it was unable to charge. I have owned the vehicle for 9 months but it has been subject to repair for the last four months. I tried to reject the vehicle in line with my consumer rights and the dealership failed to respond to my request. I raised complaints with mini uk, mini finance all of which passed me back to this dealership which to-date remain un-responsive.

From the start of my Mini journey I have been supported by Robert - from taking his car for a test drive to the purchase of a new car and the thorough handover less than a week later. Thank you for your help and support and availability to answer all my questions.

I didn't purchase a Mini in the end but Tarran was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly I had to put a review on. Tarran helped me locate possible cars suitable for me, telling me in detail about each one. He was patient throughout as I spent quite a while looking at a couple of vehicles. He came for test drive with me and forwarded me the links to the vehicles I was considering and said I could e-mail any questions through afterwards.
Not the car for me in the end, but very pleasant, stress free experience. :)

Stratstone Mini were excellent, they listened to my requests, were very polite, patient and knowledgeable.
My mini was inspected and fulfilled with my requested lube service.
Everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. My experience with Mini Stratstone Leeds has been nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. What should have been a smooth vehicle purchase turned into one of the most stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had.

Not only was the entire process poorly handled, but the dealership also returned my vehicle in unacceptable condition—covered in buffing marks, with dents and scuffed alloy wheels that were not there before. This demonstrates a complete lack of care and professionalism.

Even more concerning, they reset a sensor linked to a major gearbox fault within less than two hours of the vehicle being recovered to them—posing a serious safety risk. This kind of behavior is not only negligent but dangerous, and it's shocking to see from an official dealership.

The Head of Business, has dealt with the matter appallingly, offering no accountability or resolution. The handling of the situation has been absolutely disgraceful.

Due to the severity of the issues, I’ve now escalated the matter through legal channels involving my lawyers and the head office. A court case is currently ongoing.

This has truly been a nightmare from hell. I would not recommend buying from this dealership under any circumstances.

I took delivery of my 74 plate electric Mini Cooper SE classic today. The service has been amazing, Gabi was brilliant, really helpful throughout, delivered from Leeds to Southampton, faultless service and a fantastic car.

I recently purchased a mini countryman jcw fromstratstone mini Leeds. From our initial review looking at the cars we were greeted by Csilla she was very knowledgable listened to our requests answering all enquiries we followed up the first visit with looking for a car we did not want new but less than a year old with a good spec she worked well with us to find the correct car. All the staff in the show room very friendly and open to help and answer questions. When negotiating trade in of our old car this could not have been smoother and matched a price to suit our need. Communication through out was excellent I love my car would recommend this car and this sales team especially Csilla

We walked in to the dealership,we were greeted by Imran.We explained our situation that we had just come from another car dealership a kind of car warehouse place with a very impersonal service and staff .Due to illness I needed to change my car .Imran was very professional,polite and understanding .He helped us find the right car for us.Everything was sorted very quickly no fuss and the car was very clean and just ready to go.The show room was immaculate the staff were all friendly and all acknowledged us.There was hot and cold drinks available the toilet facilities were very clean.The show room had disabled access and a lift.There wasn’t anything about the experience that we could honestly say we didnt like .If you a looking for a good quality car from a trusted brand ( I’m love minis ) Then this is the place to go .This is my third mini and my first time at Leeds dealership .I would definitely recommend Stratstone Leeds.I felt that I was getting a good car. That had thorough checks and from a brand I love ,sold to me by a person who clearly works hard to get it right for the customer .So if you a considering buying a mini call in and see the lovely team at Leeds I’m sure they will do their best for you as Imran did for us .
