Went into the leeds holbeck store as I had some issues with my locking nut. The man Was extremely rude and abrupt telling me -we’re not a back street dealer ,I’m too busy to help you now so you’ll have to sit there for 10 mins and we’ll be charging you

All I asked was to sort my locking nut - didn’t expect this customer service and rudeness.

I walked out after waiting 15 minutes - with not service.

Never ever in my life will I ever go with Mercedes’ again if I remember rightly when I was first looking to purchase a Mercedes’ I got the same treatment at their store so went to and independent dealer - from repeated dashboard errors , rude abrupt staff and absolute shocking customer service - how they’ve got a good reputation I do not know

Anyone want to buy a Mercedes? I’m off for a BMW 😂

A+ experience during our recent car purchase from Stratstone Mini Leeds. In particular, Michael went out of his way to make purchasing the car both an enjoyable and easy process.

Felt completely misled regarding the results of the health check and recommendations regarding the MOT of my MIni which is less than 3 years old.
It went from a free MOT to recommending £700 worth of work using words like ‘critical’ and ‘imminent’ and this work wasn’t even needed to get the car through its MOT.
I will never use Stratstone Mini again.

My car was booked with mini but a day previous to this my car unfortunately broke down and I had to get the RAC to tow it to the leeds branch. I arrived just as they had closed but spotted one gentleman closing up the gates etc. I explained the situation and all I can say is what a man, Paul went above and beyond providing me the best customer service. I was stressed and it had been a few hours since I broke down and he put my mind at ease and even sorted my courtesy car so I didn’t have to taxi to mini Stratstone the next day to pick it up and this was all after everyone had practically left working over his hours. If only there more like Paul, an absolute credit to the company and such a lovely guy. Truly grateful after the few hours I had with breaking down. I’ve been taking my car to mini Stratstone leeds for the past 2 years and have always received the best service but today was just something else. Thank you so very much.

Real people doing a great job. I visited for recall on my 2011 Mini was surprised how well I was received and looked after during my visit.

To a non- internet savvy, phone phobic pensioner organising her Mini love affair with a company over 200 miles away could prove to be a recipe for disaster! But, fortunately, the lovely people at Stratstone, Leeds make it something of a doddle. Huge thanks to Ellie, initially, and lastly to Steve and Paul. Young men with infinite patience, a sense of humour and, above all, professional and well-informed.My Mini Cooper S is on it’s way!
