We purchased a new mini from stratstone leeds . Every part of the purchase was excellent . The whole team where amazing from choosing the car to collecting it . They gave us a fair price for our trade in vehicle , and when we collected our mini the team had gone all out to make it special for us .

Visited show room to enquire about the new electric mini. Karl Smith sales rep introduced himself and was more than helpful in every aspect. Explaining differences in models/levels. Not pushy at all for the sale like they tend to be. Listened to everything I said/ wanted allowed me to get a feel for the car. Will definitely return with my business there in future and hope to deal with Karl again.

Michael was my point of contact and I can’t sing his praises enough ! what a super friendly, patient man who never once made me feel pushed into a purchase was always making sure the car was right for me . He just made the whole experience of buying a car the easiest thing to do. The whole branch is great all super friendly and helpful. Added bonus the car is absolutely fabulous I love it !

Michael was absolutely brilliant. Really took time was not pushy for sales just let you look around really helpful nothing was too much. Cane back after a few months and purchased the car. He took great care with my mum and went through everything with her in such detail showed her inside the car how everything works. Gave extra bits he was brilliant and would definitely go back to him again he was amazing and a asset to your company

Just wanted to say how excellent one of the staff was to me .yesterday I came in to order 2 new indicators for my mini coupe as some nice person stole the covers off.they was ordered and had to pick them up the following day from BMW. As I was leaving one of your sales staff approached me and said if I come tommorow he would fit them on for me.I thought how kind of him to actually care about his customers in a kind and generous way.I was so delighted and wanted to thank him for his help.He is the best.where do you get this kind of treatment anywhere now 100% putting the customer first so very happy thanjyou again for taking the time to help.

Service here is brilliant and nothing short of outstanding. I was looked after by Michael his enthusiasm knowledge and high level of friendly impeccable customer service was truly outstanding. I went to MINI Leeds couple of days ago and was greeted by Dave. The service from walking in to walking out is nothing but 5*. I needed to order a part, however I came into the garage after parts department had closed but Dave said he would ask the parts department and call me back the following day. After not having great experiences in the past with car garages and not been called when I’ve been advised I would be; Dave called when he said he would. He gave me all the information I needed and told me Ryan from parts would ring me when the part arrived. So the day after the part arrived and Ryan called me to let me know and I could go in at my earliest convenience. I wasn’t expecting the delivery to be the next day!! They fitted my part for me as well. Thank you so much for the great service and I will be coming back for further services in the future ☺️ would highly recommend!!

Recieved great service when buying our new mini from Mini Leeds , We travelled from Warrington to buy a car from Leeds as our local dealership didn't seem too bothered wether we purchased or not so there loss.

I can highly recommend the service we recieved here and they couldn't be more helpful when we were constantly changing specification and asking for prices thanks in particular to Dave and Mike for there perseverance..

Think twice about buying, car needed new gearbox after 6 months, then new windscreen as not even fitted with a mini one, had MOT and health check no video as technician didn’t take one, he has since left(conveniently) 4 weeks after MOT after driving 90miles on the motorway we turned around on a side street for the back wheel to come off and the whole suspension collapsed, 10 mins earlier mini garage in Lytham who were excellent said we could have died on the motorway, Leeds mini accept no responsibility. Now solicitor involved so please think twice about buying from them.
