Great service from Marcus who looked after me and my Landrover for a 4 year service. The Tonbridge Landrover team always extend a warm welcome and fair pricing in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for more.

These people are such a bunch of liars
These people are such a bunch of liars. After trying to pretend to deal with the issues I raised, they hide behind corporate nonsense excuses. I'm not surprised to see more than one negative comment here. Absolutely appalling customer service. Zero honesty, zero integrity. They will be getting ZERO business from me going forward. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Please please do not purchase a car…
Please please do not purchase a car from the Land Rover Tonbridge dealership. I bought a car two years ago from them that now needs £11,500 worth of work. None of it was covered by the warranty. I don’t want any other customer to fall victim to them in the same way I have. I was hung up on by both a service colleague and the Salesroom Manager. He then refused to answer my calls!

F-Type Service
Being able to to wait for my car in friendly pleasant surroundings whilst it was being serviced was a big plus for me. Work was completed and car handed back in the agreed time scale, so all good.
