What a great Audi dealership, this is the second new Audi I have purchased from Wolverhampton Audi and I live in South Wales. What made the experience so fab was Russell, his professionalism, lighthearted conversations and such a smooth process, he is a real asset to that team. I don't enjoy having to change my car but I can honestly say Audi Wolverhampton have changed that for me and I will recommend to all my friends and colleagues if they want an Audi call Wolverhampton Audi, great people and service, great deal. My wife had a puncture on saturday down in Oxfordshire, but she attempted to use the compressor to blow the tyre back up it didn't work. Neither of the 12v supply's are working. Called the AA for help and they wouldn't come out as the mot expired on February 21st. So a Mobile tyre fitter was called and replaced the tyre which as cost us £595. So the car was purchased it June last year, we were told it would come with 12months mot. Called Audi on Monday, but nobody called me back for 48 hours so called again today, spoke to sales but no resolution. So there was no customer service at all. So for a prestige car dealer I thought that was very poor.

What made my experience great was the person who was dealing with me managed to get me some discount on the overall cost, he was polite and helpful and understanding, only downside was the mistake via the technician which resulted in me having to take my vehicle back twice which caused a little inconvenience and cost me in taxi fares. But eventually problem was solved.

I took my motor to service department to solve the engine management light on the dashboard which has water pump replaced by audi technician at September 2024. I had to pay thousands of pound bills. Recently the same light has come back at April 2025 and I took it back to them to find out the issue wherethere it is water pump again or not. To find out that they had to diagnosis it. Because of the different issue appeared this time so I have been charged again for diagnosis fee. Question is why are they charging me for same light to figure out. And they told me clean my car on return but they didn't clean it. Basically I paid £140 for nothing but waste.

Been trying to contact Audi Wolverhampton by phone and it’s impossible to get through,you leave a message and they don’t respond,love the Audi brand but have never rated the after sales/service.Even tried email with no response and the app is a waste of time.

Poor. No Go Will applied for a repair on a low mileage car which was flagged before the warranty ran out but booked in after the warranty just expired by weeks

Sorry to say this but your service recently been terrible. Waiting over 3 weeks to get an appointment for Diagnostic test to be carried out for glow plug warning sign which I can understand you are busy.
When I bought the car in on the 25th February advised that there was a recall and software needed to be updated on Engine control unit.
The car was there for 4 days everyday I used to call to get update on what was happening but never had a call back. Also you had no courtesy car available frustrated I picked the car up after 4 days and was told you could not find any fault with it as it might be do with recall on the software issue, but however if the glow plug signs appear again to ring back.
As I got nearer to home the glow plug flashing signed appeared again and speed would not pick up on the car so I called back and tried to explain but kept transferring from one department to another then I asked for Lucy as she was dealing with it and was advised Lucy will call back, never received call back so I called again and was told Lucy was busy again with a customer and will call back but no call back.
Knowing you close at 6pm so I called again just before 6pm waiting 20 minutes but no answer I had to disconnect the call as it was 6.15pm.

Audi Halesowen and other garages 45min-1hour.

Awful. Only seem to care about servicing on cars which are so expensive but couldn't care less about recalls

Went for a prearranged test drive of Q6 etron on 31/01/25 at 2pm only to be told that the car was not available when I arrived at the dealership.
Pretty poor customer service as they could have telephoned me to update that the car was not available.
Will go to another Audi dealer instead.
Wasted my time as I had to book time off work.
