The team was really professional and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was needed. They even took the initiative to send me a video showing the health check of my car without me having to ask.
They kept me informed throughout the entire process, were very helpful and transparent, and didn’t charge me any additional fees. I’m genuinely grateful for the excellent service I received and would definitely recommend them to others.

Dealt with Lucy on the day
Dealt with Lucy on the day. The vehicle was booked in as the exhaust flap on the left-hand side of the vehicle was sticking and making rattling noises when starting the vehicle. The car was kept all day and then I got a call around 4 pm to say that they have performed a diagnostic test which has come back with a fault on the exhaust motor which needs changing. She also mentioned that the right exhaust was showing two minor faults and if I was to go ahead with the repair it would cost me over £1000.00 just to do the left exhaust. I asked her to send me a video of the diagnostic and also an email to confirm the charges after speaking to the maintenance team to see if they could offer a slight discount as I had already spent over £600 on the maintenance pack with them. She replied back to say that she would send me the diagnostic report and an invoice for cost of repair. I also asked her that if I decided to put up with the rattling noise of the exhaust when starting the car, would it impact the engine in any way. She was not able to comment and suggested that she needs to speak to the maintenance team. I never got a call back from Lucy regarding the diagnostic, the cost of repair or my query regarding the rattling noise.
The following day I turned up to pick up the car at 8 am in the morning. I was sign posted to Lucy to collect the keys. Lucy then mentioned whether I would like to go ahead with the repair to which I answered that she hadn't got back to me regarding the diagnostic report or an invoice for cost of repairs. Up to today this still has not be done. I called a few days after only to be told that Lucy has gone to Germany.
I don't understand what purpose Lucy is serving working for the service department if she cannot carry out simple tasks like sending me a copy of the diagnostic report of the vehicle. Surely, I am entitled to this as a customer as I deserve the right to know what is wrong with my vehicle and not just ask her to go ahead with the repair work on her advice.
I hope by informing you, you are able to make necessary changes to the way certain staff members are with customers as my experience lately with Audi Wolverhampton wasn't great

This garage is awful
This garage is awful, have to keep my car longer or for return visits every time it goes in. I won't be having another Audi partially down to the level of service I've got from this garage. Always quick to correct and apologise, but it's always after they've messed up first

Very disappointing VIP experience
Very disappointing VIP experience
I was invited to a VIP event at Audi Wolverhampton, but the experience was extremely disappointing. After arriving, we were left waiting for around half an hour with no one attending to us or even acknowledging us properly.
To make things worse, the person we originally arranged the meeting with said it was with someone else, and then that person said it was with someone else. We were basically passed around with no clear communication, and it felt like we were being completely ignored.
For a place hosting a so-called VIP event, the service was poor and unprofessional. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience at all and definitely not what we expected from Audi.

Ryan smith a shameful liar
