I had an outstanding experience at this Audi service centre. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. My car was booked in for a routine service, and they made the whole process feel effortless.

While I waited, I was offered complimentary coffee and shown to a quiet, comfortable seating area. It was genuinely a lovely environment to relax and get some work done — peaceful, spotless, and far better than most waiting areas I’ve experienced. The team kept me updated throughout, and every interaction felt courteous and attentive.

The service itself was completed promptly and to an excellent standard. It’s clear the staff here take pride in both their work and the customer experience. I left feeling fully looked after and very confident in the care my car received.

Highly recommended — a truly exceptional Audi garage. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!

The time you had my car was great

Just took out a service plan for two years I had it serviced later realised that engine oil was very low and coolant level below min good job I checked not reliable company Audi Halesowen I’m thinking of cancelling the plan

Terrible aftersales service, poor communication and follow through.

Customer service were great. Staff welcoming and polite. Car was serviced without any hassle. Kept up informed.

I was booked for a full day to fix some issues, with none being correctly done. All that was offered could be done in a few minutes telephone call. I left the car at around 8:30 AM and I was supposed to receive a call to collect the car. I called to check on car at around 3 PM and I was told I will receive a call back in 5 minutes which I did not receive. I called an hour later, and then after I chased, I was told that a lamp was ordered and I can eithwr collect the car, or leave it to next day. I collected the car, and rebooked on another day for that minor task. I lost another half day for a few minutes work, waiting for more than 2 hours for a work they originally promised would be completed in an hour.

I’ve just left Audi Stratstone Halesowen , I didn’t think I’d ever go back to there being as I’ve had in the past 2 not very well informed Sales Executives , but never the less I did find myself popping in !
My Sales Executive was Xheni Gino Muco , he told me he hadn’t been there long so I was hopeful this time round it was a case of 3rd time lucky !
Yes it was 3rd time lucky because Gino i believe he likes to be called was totally honest with telling me ( as all ready mentioned ) he hadn’t been there long , so questions I asked if he didn’t know he found out for me , which is highly refreshing compared to the other Sales Executives I encountered in the past there .
Gino was very professional , relaxing and calm to talk to , but most importantly to me , the fact I feel if the car is the one I decide to have then I’ll certainly be going back !

recently purchased an Audi Q5 and had the pleasure of working with Leon throughout the process. From the moment I walked in, Leon was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best experience possible.

He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions without any pressure, and guided me through the entire process with transparency and ease. Leon’s attention to detail and customer-first attitude really stood out

I have tried several times to speak with the retail manager, David, regarding my experience, and was repeatedly told he would return my call. Unfortunately, he never did — which suggests he isn’t interested in hearing customer feedback. I’m therefore posting my experience here in the hope that someone will take this on board and improve the level of customer service and training of new starters.

As a retail manager myself, I was initially impressed. The lady who greeted me in the car park, the receptionist, and the person who brought over my tea were all lovely and professional. Unfortunately, the salesperson I dealt with, Gino, let down the rest of the experience.

Gino mentioned he was new to this branch, which became apparent in how he handled the interaction. Early in the conversation, I explained my budget, my reasons for wanting to change my current car, and what I hoped to find. I appreciated that he showed me some options online and in the showroom and even encouraged me to take a test drive. However, his comment that I needed to “see the value in the car” felt unnecessary and a little condescending — it’s not that I don’t see value in Audis, it’s simply a question of affordability, especially after recently buying a home.

When we discussed figures, the monthly payments were almost double what I currently pay. When I explained that my budget was limited, Gino asked, “So you don’t have any life savings at all?” — which I found both inappropriate and unprofessional. Meanwhile, he was boasting about the top-of-the-line company car he’d received since joining.

He also remarked that a model he showed me was “the same as the one you’ve got, but with an Audi logo.” That statement completely undermines your brand and its value — why would any customer pay double for what’s implied to be “just a logo”?

On top of that, he assumed the car I currently drive was my first, even after I’d already explained my previous car history — which suggested he wasn’t really listening.

If one of my own sales staff interacted with a customer in this way, I would want to know about it. I don’t necessarily blame Gino entirely; he seems to need more training on brand differentiation, product knowledge, and communication.

I requested the quotes to be emailed so I could review them properly, but they were never sent. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the manager, I’ve completely given up with this branch.

Olivia was great. Her customer service was exemplarily, and her communication was clear and precise. Really happy with the overall service.

Poor customer experience and communication at Audi Halesowen. Issues with car not sorted. Was told car would be cleaned and valeted - not done. No follow up communication even after complaint.

In July 2025 bought an A5 from Statstone Audi Halesowen.
The previous owner had put a private plate on the car and then of course reverted back to the original plate prior to selling it to Stratstone. Stratstone only had the Original V5C which was invalid as 2 subsequent V5Cs had been issued which meant that we had to go to two post offices for me to tax the car and Stratstone filled out a V62 to get me the new V5C in my name.
They filled out the V62 wrong so DVLA sent it back to me!!
I contacted Stratstone 5 times and they simply couldn't be bothered to get back to me.
Crap customer service.
If this is how they deal with a relatively simply problem then I'd hate to think how they deal with a complex problem on a car.

The team on arrival were incredible. Customer service was fantastic. The greeting took place as I arrived on the car park and continued throughout my experience. Showroom was lovely and comfortable and everyone was busy in their zones to make the service seamless.

This survey doesn’t work. I wrote my comments tried to send it and it’s disappeared. You’re very lucky if someone decides to give comments and it needs to be a seamless harvesting of the information.
Please don’t expect us to use American style dates, Audi is famed for its ridiculous computerised systems and that is another nail in the coffin for people Completing surveys. The experience was about two weeks ago. I haven’t got the date in front of me and I don’t see why I should have to look for it.
