Car was booked in by lease company over a month ago, a courtesy car was requested as they couldnt say how long it would be, 1530 today phone call from Audi Bolton to say they dont have courtesy car and wont have one available until January, when asked why has it took a month for them to tell me and why at 1530 the day before they didnt really have an answer, it was as though i was troubling them asking, this is a warranty repair on a car that has only 2k miles on the clock. I have asked the lease company to book it in at Blackburn, would rather the inconvenient travel.

I’ve been dealing with Peter at Audi Bolton for over six years now, and he’s been nothing short of exceptional every single time. This year’s car purchase was no different — Peter was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. Can be more attentive to customers. Booked car in for service went to collect once completed advised receptionist who told me to take a seat, 20 mins later I had to remind the receptionist I was still waiting to be served.

Warning to others - Audi lack of customer care, empathy & unwillingness to resolve issues
I have been accused of lying & been given the complete run around by Audi.
The Sales rep told us she would handle reimbursement of vehicle tax on our part exchange as this would be automatic when she received the new V5C document from us & sent it off to the DVLA.
We received the V5C from DVLA & trustingly sent it to Audi Bolton in haste as the rep would not give us the spare key to our new car until she had the document from us.
4 months later the rep called us asking for the V5C document which we had already sent to her. Audi had negligently not sent the V5C document off to the DVLA
We have continued to pay vehicle tax on a car owned by Audi for 4 months &
the DVLA have told us that as Audi negligently delayed in sending the V5C document they could not reimburse us but Audi should.
The Audi rep has denied saying they would handle the tax reimbursement, insinuating we are liars.
I have since heard many negative reviews of Audi’ customer care from various contacts

Buy elsewhere save the hassle
Wouldn’t bother buying a car from here, all is fine when looking for a car but once you’ve committed they don’t care. Tried complaining twice and none have been followed up. Shocking service and I only wish I wasn’t tied in so I could throw the keys back and go elsewhere.

Bought a car from here just over a month ago, car came without a manual, half valeted and a chip in the windscreen. Been chasing for weeks about repairing the windscreen and it took weeks after for just a manual to be collected. Awful after service and will not be recommending or coming back here again. Just because I'm not on a finance deal with all the perks, I'm being discrimated against.

Waiste of time
Called this company numerous times and regarding a gearbox service I had. Done, i Could never get throw ! When I finally did get throw to service they could not help. To which I have to go back to reception and ask to be put throw to the service manager. Phone line goes dead and again hard to get throw to them
Eventually I do, I leave my name and number and reg of my car. Im told he will call me. SUPRISE they never !!!!

Took my car in for an 8:15 am MOT…
Took my car in for an 8:15 am MOT appointment and it wasn’t completed until gone 1300 hours. I was told during my wait that it was a drop and go appointment and that they would contact me when complete. At no point prior to my appointment was I informed of this and it made no mention of it on the booking confirmation email. When I eventually got my car back it was covered in dirty splashes, the seat had been adjusted, even the lumber and side supports, which I suggest anyone would only do if driving the car. I phoned Audi to complain and was told no one had driven the car off site but I wasn’t convinced. No explanation could be given for the seat adjustments. My car should have been returned exactly as I had left it!!
