One the worst car companie you can deal with they nice and sweet when you buying car of them if anything happens to your car it will take them one year to fix or might not even get fix all of they cars come with 3 years warranty but you have to take it to someone ales to fix it

I gave up after nearly 2 weeks waiting for Audi Bolton calling me to rearrange a visit once they received the battery.
Called and advised Oh the battery came in yesterday Yea really do you think customers are so gullible to believe such rubbish.
It’s just another taste of poor service.
3 weeks to get a battery, from Germany!!!

Update, I have now been contacted by the branch at Bolton.
Unfortunately it was a request for a review.

Second Visit, Again Poor Service and wasted time and Money
Arranged to drop off my Q4 etron to have the 12v battery replaced under warranty.
Dropped off car just after 8am
Uber home. received call 1pm ish to say we can’t fit the battery as it hasn’t arrived.
So complete waste of my time and £20 for Ubers
Why they didn’t arrange install day after arrival giving them time to cancel if this happened.
Why 5 hours to contact me to Advise
Why do they need my car for the whole day for a 1-2 hour job, with better organisation they could easily cut this to a half day visit or less.
I look forward to my next visit to see if they can achieve 3 out of 3
As Everyone can see the response is the same as most others, pointless.
It’s not rocket science the service supplied by this dealer is appalling.
And until they listen to the reviews and act on them then this merry go round will continue.

Recurring problems that seem to be never ending. You talk to different people, who talk to people who get back to them who then tell you. So you learn nothing and succinct messages are non existent.

No organisation
Car was booked in by lease company over a month ago, a courtesy car was requested as they couldnt say how long it would be, 1530 today phone call from Audi Bolton to say they dont have courtesy car and wont have one available until January, when asked why has it took a month for them to tell me and why at 1530 the day before they didnt really have an answer, it was as though i was troubling them asking, this is a warranty repair on a car that has only 2k miles on the clock. I have asked the lease company to book it in at Blackburn, would rather the inconvenient travel.

Can be more attentive to customers. Booked car in for service went to collect once completed advised receptionist who told me to take a seat, 20 mins later I had to remind the receptionist I was still waiting to be served.

Warning to others - Audi lack of customer care, empathy & unwillingness to resolve issues
I have been accused of lying & been given the complete run around by Audi.
The Sales rep told us she would handle reimbursement of vehicle tax on our part exchange as this would be automatic when she received the new V5C document from us & sent it off to the DVLA.
We received the V5C from DVLA & trustingly sent it to Audi Bolton in haste as the rep would not give us the spare key to our new car until she had the document from us.
4 months later the rep called us asking for the V5C document which we had already sent to her. Audi had negligently not sent the V5C document off to the DVLA
We have continued to pay vehicle tax on a car owned by Audi for 4 months &
the DVLA have told us that as Audi negligently delayed in sending the V5C document they could not reimburse us but Audi should.
The Audi rep has denied saying they would handle the tax reimbursement, insinuating we are liars.
I have since heard many negative reviews of Audi’ customer care from various contacts
