Recieved on time. Just what i ordered covers pool heater but still let,s air circulate

Delivery not done as instructed, no communication no explanation and when l enquired l was told 3 completely different stories as to why delivery was delayed, one version was that my order was ready to collect only to be told when l went to collect it that it was in fact not even manufactured yet , another one was that it was in transit and the store would contact me when it arrived...... no goods no phone call ...rather poor service . I certainly won't be troubling Stratco again

Hi had a shed delivered today. Exceptional customer service. I dealt with Natalie Lavelle who made ordering super easy. My delivery driver Callum was super friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

We are happy with the first part of our shed delivery. Andrew was very professional and friendly. He manoeuvred his truck to ensure all parts could be stored inside our property and is very experienced with operating the crane. He let us know how to store parts prior to install and what to expect with the second part of the delivery. Great job!

Barry, the Stratco Driver who delivered our shed here in Angle Vale went above and beyond to help us and make it easy for us. He was very skilled and a problem solver. We were also very pleased with the price that we got from Stratco Gepps Cross, we thought we should avoid them as they look expensive but it turns out they are one with the best price. I highly recommend them.

Driver Barry could not of been more friendly or helpful. Delivered goods safely and in a very convenient place. Excellent customer service 👏 👌

My husband went in to Stratco last year ago and was given great assistance by a woman getting advice on retaining walls. Today I went in alone to get some genuine quotes and not one man looked up from their computer or offered any assistance. I walked out really disappointed as the shop is convenient to us but we won’t be using it.

Needed some fencing options and went in asking for advice... good service done by Mr Chris Sung... very helpful with the pool fencing the family always wanted... me and the missus are very impressed

From the selection of our shed to delivery and product quality we could not be happier. The sales department was very informative and gave us time to decide on size and materials. We confirmed on our second visit and paid a deposit. Delivery was organised and confirmed prior to the day. We are so pleased with our new shed and very happy with the quality. We would recommend Stratco.

Ordered the Stratco two seater swing. All good just did ask to be contacted before delivery but although he didn't he was polite enough to wait till someone got home in ten minutes after the call. Product assembled today. Looks great.

Went last week to pick up some stock didnt know where is was going and basically had a warehouse employee yelling abusively at me to move my car even though i was literally still pulling in. Ordered some more stock today and almost lectured over the phone becuase I wanted to pick up sooner than the "standard" 4 hours even though the store had stock and was ready for pick up

Callum delivered our Stratco order this morning & manoeuvred his truck with ease & perfection down our battle axe block. He was very friendly, helpful & professional at all times. Our roller doors arrived in perfect condition.

We have had nil correspondence from Stratco over our shed.
My partner went down and designed his shed no problem, got it on finance, and the 6 weeks later we get a message, window arriving, no lead up to this at all. Then the next thing we're told shed arriving on the Saturday. Bloke would not bring his truck up on our driveway. So my poor partner had to bring all the parts up to our back yard by himself using a dolley.
For 4 weeks we have had this shed in our garage and around our back yard with no messages , emails from anyone about installation. My partner went down to the local Stratco, was given installers number. He never answered any calls or messages. Until i messaged this bloke and he finally answered and now can't do the job for another 3 weeks. .
I would never recommend Stratco to anyone.
The young girl in store was nice enough to my partner but that's it. No correspondence, no care or respect.
Just the lack of communication is terrible.

Barry delivered the timber and fasteners on time and in great condition (well protected from the elements). He went the extra and managed to unload the timber as close as possible down our driveway near the carport so that we didn't have so far to move it into our shed. Barry is very polite and professional and we are very happy with the service he provided.

I didn't receive my order so I called customer service. A lady said she'll check and call me back but she didn't call me back. I called them again, and the lady said to me "a driver picked it up today so I'll receive my item in a few days". I was waiting for 3 weeks but nothing happened so called them again. A lady just told me "It's on the way" and told me to wait. I called them next week again and I was told same thing "it's on the way" and she sent me tracking details to check. I asked her to get me refund but she denied because its already on the way. That's it. But when I checked trucking, it's said "contact a sender". The delivery company didn't receive my item. I called them again and told staff, I was told a lie and the deliverycompanydidnt receive it. They didn't apologise and didn't help me whats going on. Just told me "wait" and "check tracking". That's it.
My refund request was made 8 days ago but I haven't received my refund yet.

Ordered a work bench on a Sunday, it was delivered the next day. Very easy to put together. When I discovered that one of the cross support beams was faulty, a replacement was promptly delivered to my front door and the faulty part taken away.
Couldn't be happier with the product or the service.
