I’ve been a customer of Stratco for over a year now, and throughout that time I’ve regularly worked with Zachary Vidal. Every experience has been consistently excellent.

Zach’s knowledge of the products is outstanding — he knows the range inside and out and always provides clear, confident advice. No matter how simple or complex the project is, he takes the time to understand what’s needed and guides you toward the best solution.

What really stands out is his problem-solving ability. When things get tricky or require a bit of creativity, Zach is always willing to think outside the box and come up with practical, effective options. His input has been incredibly helpful on several challenging projects.

On top of that, he’s always friendly, professional, and easy to approach. He communicates clearly, follows through, and genuinely cares about getting a good result. It makes the whole process smooth and stress-free every time.

Ordered a steel framed work table on-line from Gold Coast Store. I phoned to ask when to expect delivery so I could be home to open a security gate. was advised it had been picked up and would be delivered Wednesday, did not arrive so phoned Thursday & was given an Aramex tracking number . Aramex advise have not received product with that tracking number? Asked Stratco staff member to check if tracking number correct & if the order had in fact been picked up she said she would check with dispatch and phone me back, 24hours later and still waiting for the call. This is a simple request why is it so difficult?
Update : staff advised order had not been picked up & Stratco would deliver.
1 week later & order has just arrived (this is a local delivery) however parts missing,

Great customer service when I walked in to pick up my click and collect. Very quick to grab it and help me load it into my car. Will definitely visit again soon.

I visited Stratco Gold Coast to pick up another 240 litre wheelie bin which I'd purchased through click & collect. The bin was ready & waiting. One of the guys assembled it for me so that I could wheel to my van.
Another excellent transaction.

This was my first time purchasing from Stratco and they were great! The online ordering process was easy and straightforward, I was notified quickly of the goods being ready for delivery, served quickly on arrival, and a lovely man helped me to my car with the item in question. I will happily shop with them again!

The Carrara stratco is great, they prepared my order very quickly and the staff were friendly upon my arrival and very quick at serving me and bringing my order to my car.

Better price than Bunnings and easy process

I used click and collect to buy a fire pit and the process was fantastic. They actually had products in stock (unlike many other retailers), and after ordering late one afternoon, it was ready to pick up the next morning.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, even helped load it into my car. The whole process took about 5 minutes! So happy with the product and the service.

Ordered garden beds online on a Friday. Order got done the Saturday. Delivery was to be done on the Monday. The items only got picked up on Thursday and delivered Friday.
I enquired the Tuesday about non delivery on Monday. Got lied to about items been picked up.
Very bad service.

Easy and delivered as promised!
Would buy from Stratco again!!
