I have sold two homes with Stow at South Woodford and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The whole team are highly professional and very knowledgeable in their job.
They are friendly, polite and approachable with a chilled vibe that makes the whole process more relaxing. However they are also efficient, responsive, on the ball and get the job done. Because they have multiple branches they have an extensive customer base and also liaise with each other to get contracts over the line.
Most recently, whilst selling my parents home, we were 2 days away from exchange when the chain collapsed through no fault of anyone involved. Josh, in particular, picked me up and said we go again. And they did….Within hours it was relisted and we had a schedule of viewings the next day. We were SSTC within 10 days and we have just exchanged to complete this week.
All the way through Josh has been available, made it his business to be in the loop and kept me in the loop too, updating sometimes daily.
Buying and selling a home is stressful and the Stow team make that stress just a little bit easier, or actually a lot easier.
They have revolutionised the local estate agent market and others should take note.
