Regarding the loading and unloading, as a self-storage facility, our units are entirely self-service, so we aren't able to provide physical assistance with moving items. However, we always aim to make it as easy as possible by providing free use of our moving vans, trollies, and loading bays. Great value and very professional
Sean at Store First has been fantastic. He has guided us through the process of renting a unit seamlessly.
He explained everything thoroughly without being overbearing or trying to hard sell anything, which can be very off putting.
We are also very impressed with the company as a whole and the deals they offer, especially the offer of a van on moving day!
