Easy access with plenty of trolleys to use. The lighting is adequate for moving stuff around but a bit minimal for sorting within the storage unit, although other units may be different.

Al and Frankie were amazing from start…
Al and Frankie were amazing from start to finish at Blackburn. I called yesterday morning to arrange some storage and by mid afternoon we were in our storage unit. They explained everything perfectly and easily - overall customer service was outstanding. The facilities are better than we’ve previously experienced with many trolleys available for ease of moving items for storage.

The best customer service received in a long time, thank you!
Moving house as we all know is very stressful however when I called to speak to someone re a storage unit for 8 weeks it was the least stressful thing I have done in a long time. From the enquiry to quote and confirming the details to going to see the storage the whole process was efficient, professional and personable, the lady who helped me Veera Porhola, was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
