We have always had a great experience at the Ellesmere Port branch. The staff are very visible, nothing is too much trouble and we always feel it's a friendly place to go to. They have regular deals and they offer a bit more than others, with a free van pick up to help you move your stuff in and a fully equipped kitchen where you can help yourself to tea and coffee. You can also work in their reception area.

I have written a previous review with five star and service level remains good . However I feel the insurance part of the storage rental is too expensive and does not take into account differing values of stored goods.
