I chose my stones, website was a bit tricky using first time but went smoothly in the end. Communication from owner very reassuring and absolutely delighted upon the fast arrival of my stones and the sheer beauty of them. Carefully packed with love. The nicest crystal shopping experience I have had. I will use again, thank you StoneMania for first class service and beautiful stones. The energy just leapt into my hands.....bliss!

Dishonest company once command confirmed & paid
I do not recommend this company who was really dishonest because I ordered for the birthday of my kid stones and then once confirmed and paid, they wanted to charge me more around £3.5 on an amethyst because there was a mistake of pricing on their website. This is not the client fault if your pricings are incorrect on your website and for £3.5 you should not come back to your client once the command is confirmed, this is really dishonest. Run away from this company! Rubbish.

This order was related to a listing where each geode is individually photographed, priced, and selected by scrolling down the page, as clearly stated above the “Add to Bag” button.
Unfortunately, the lowest-priced geode (£4.99) sold shortly before this order was placed, and due to an oversight on our part, the starting price shown in the main listing had not been updated.
We identified the issue within minutes of the order being placed and contacted the customer to explain the situation. We apologised for the error and asked which geode they would like from those still available.
We also offered the option of cancelling the order in full if they preferred not to proceed. When the customer requested cancellation, a full refund was processed immediately via PayPal.
We accept responsibility for the pricing error and were not attempting to increase the price or overcharge. The £4.99 geode he selected was no longer available, so the only option was to select a different piece from the remaining stock. Unfortunately, we were unable to absorb the additional cost.
Our intention throughout was to resolve the matter transparently, fairly, and promptly.

I was particularly impressed with his care and honesty when I asked him about ethical sourcing of the crystals he sells. My order arrived really quickly, carefully packaged without any plastic 😊 I am very pleased with my order, will definitely buy from Stone Mania again 😊

Wonderful collection of stones sold by an owner who is very customer oriented, and whose communication with prospective purchasers is to be envied by others. Unbelievable Delivery Time!
Being new on the crystal journey I ordered a large number of small stones from Stone Mania.
I couldn't believe just how quickly they were sent to me! Not only that, all in lovely packaging with information cards included. I will certainly be back and am currently reading through their articles which are incredibly helpful.

Extra large shungite
I ordered an extra large individual shungite stone, to help with EMF over-sensitivity. The service was absolutely excellent. It's so nice these days to feel that you are getting a personal service - so rare in this age of AI. I am delighted with the stone. It was well packaged and protected. Thank you so much.
