Often out of stock stuff appears in website on Stock. They take Little while to post orders. Just overall. Not the best customer service.

Yes you are correct. Of late we have been a little slack in this area. Unfortunately we had a corrupted database and the sync between our website and our physical store went wrong and resulted in some stock errors. When this happens the website sometimes shows stock as available when in fact it is not. Very frustrating and inconvenient for both customer and us. So apologies.

How hard is it to pack a skateboard!
The deck I ordered has shown up with scratches all over the kicks and edge of the board. The trucks are single coated with a spray can I can tell because I can't even check the tighness of the bolts without all the paint falling off revealing the poor workmanship. Would highly recommend staying away from this company if these are the quality of products being sent out.

Hi Cesira if you could provide some images of the complete skateboard so I can check what you are referring to and the extent of the scratches. As far as we are concerned the skateboard was brand new and packed in bubble wrap prior to delivery. I can only assume if there were some scratches this maybe why the complete was 30% off. In terms of the trucks this is what is provided by Globe themselves - we have no input on the type or quality of trucks provided on complete skateboards. They are Tensor Maglight trucks which are regarded as one of the leading truck brands and retail individually for $85. These are powder coated and we have had no issues from the 1000's of completes or trucks we have sold. If you were unhappy with the skateboard you always had the option to return and if it arrived with scratches we would cover the freight cost back. This is still an option if it has not been ridden.

I recently purchased a Volkl bag from these guys. I emailed a couple of times to ask questions and asked for some more photos. The replies were super fast and photos came through immediately. I was away on holidays and asked them if they could hold the bag until I was back which was also not a problem. Great customer service from Diego
