Ordered a pair of NB Jamie Foy shoes in size 11. Said they were in stock, selected and purchased. 7 days now and still no word on shipping or anything for that matter. Sent an email to find out some info on my order, whether it's being sorted or item wasn't available or any kind update, still Zero reply and no info.

Unfortunately, as always, the delivery by Auspost was abysmal.
And, yes, I would definitely buy from STM again.
