Absolutely terrible at responding
Absolutely terrible at responding, and who knows what’s wrong with there refund system, I asked for a refund a week ago and still nothing at all , going to take this further if they don’t pay me back within the next couple days , am not happy at all , have never had this trouble or bad responses from anywhere in my life , absolutely appalling

Hi Caleb the refund was processed yesterday. The bank is in control of how long it takes to get to you. I apologize for the inconvenience. There was some issues with your order as we only had available 2 of the 3 items you purchased. Emails were exchanged between yourself and my staff member between the day you ordered 17/3/25 to the day you were refunded 25/03/25. As far I can see we were awaiting on a response from yourself on whether you still wanted the 2 other items. You mentioned you requested a refund for the whole order which was then processed. I am sorry it took longer than what your expectations were. We have many orders to fulfill and other customers to deal with - we cannot drop everything to fulfil one persons refund. Returns are processed in batches and refunds can only be processed by the owner. I hope this clarifies why there was a delay.
