Esther was amazing, very friendly and helpful. She was great finding sizes and items whilst making sure we had all of the things we needed for year 7 at the new secondary school.
Esther made us feel at ease and nothing felt like too much trouble to ask.

We had a young girl named Summer to help my son choosing his first’s school year in secondary schools, and summer went far to make sure we choose everything my son needed, trying every size, what we need and don’t, so, thank you summer for all your kind help and wonderful smile.

I recently visited the Twickenham branch and had a wonderful experience. I had bought a school blazer for my son ages ago but it turned out to be too big, and he needed a smaller size. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the receipt anywhere, so my only option was to visit the store and explain the situation.

I spoke to a shop assistant named Abdie, who listened carefully and reassured me that he would do his best to help. He spoke to his manager and came back with a solution. While we were waiting, he kindly offered my son and me chairs to sit on while I searched for the bank transaction and purchase date.

Abdie was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive. He showed genuine kindness towards my autistic son and his anxious mum, and he resolved everything smoothly and professionally.

We truly appreciate your help, compassion, and understanding! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

It’s the only place you can order Malcolm Arnold academy school uniform and my heavy concern is that the school has a strict uniform rule for the student to use the v neck navy jumper with golden line that only Stevensons sell which highlights it’s made of 50% cotton 50% acrylic. This is so very unsustainable for the environment, especially being school uniform and the amount it will be washed. I’m so disappointed in the company for using such cheap materials for school uniform when it’s going to be washed on a weekly basis. They need to really look into this and so should the school. If I could purchase somewhere else more sustainable and it be more pricey I would invest 100% I’m sure I wouldn’t be the only parent. But other than that everything else is good, customer service is great etc

Infuriating that you can't call any of the shops and speak to anyone, and no-one responds to emails, and worse still the website is down - just as schools are about to return. And then when you get to the shop, they don't always have everything in stock.

The service was wonderful and the people were lovely. Our sales assistant Hannah was helpful, knowledgeable and super super friendly.

Good never arrived as delivery address was wrong but no one attempted to contact me to let me know!

Their products are very good to use as a uniform and they deliver very quickly also packaging is quite nice.

Kiri was so helpful when I came in to your shop looking for my daughter’s school uniform. We were between sizes and kiri had every available size we needed to find the correct one…nothing was a problem. She is a credit to your company.

As to be expected it was busy. We had booked a school uniform fitting appointment and was assisted by Ella who helped us choose everything that was needed and in the correct size. She was very helpful and informative.

All staff very friendly welcome. Store very clean and well layed out. Service very easy and effective, one item not available and staff explained the order system and the wait time. Our sales assistant was Isla and she went above and beyond.
