I placed an order and needed it ASAP due to the current heat wave. It was due to arrive much later, but Rose managed to fast-track it to next day delivery! Thank you Rose, much appreciated :)

Just got my Team Earth jersey and it is so f-ing premium. Great colors, lots of nice details. So proud of it. Can’t wait to wear it.

As a teacher I wanted some sports kit, ordered a few different items in different sizes as was unsure what would fit me right.
The order came super quickly. Really high quality clothing, true to size. Super happy with the clothing.

I needed to return some of the items, this was easy to do, make sure you get proof of postage from the post office.

I didn't hear anything about my refund after a week or so, so I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and sorted my refund straight way.
Really happy with player layer and would order again.

Wasn't aware of a 6 week wait for product, they don't keep any stock. Won't take return or refund because they say it's a custom jersey, even though it's off the shelf large with no number/name. They didn't offer to measure me so I don't know how it's custom. Can't be legal. Avoid at all costs.

As a busy parent, I’ll admit I don’t always read the school emails properly and unfortunately I realised at the last minute that we needed the correct cricket kit for upcoming matches!

I quickly jumped onto PlayerLayer’s website, placed the order, and then followed up with what can only be described as a desperate plea explaining how urgently we needed everything. From that moment on, the communication was absolutely amazing. The team kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure the order got out to us as quickly as possible.

This also isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from PlayerLayer. On previous occasions, whether it’s been returns or incorrect sizing, the whole process has always been incredibly streamlined and easy to deal with.

I bought a pair of coaches shorts a few months ago and unfortunately the zip in one of the pockets broke.
One simple email to Rose at Playerlayer and the matter was resolved immediately.
Rose organised a replacement pair free of charge which I received 3 days after my initial email,absolutely amazing customer service.

Easy to order online, great communication and fast delivery of quality kit. Twice I have ordered with them and they have been quick to respond to e-mails and get the kit delivered to me on time.

This review is specifically for Rose. When there are issues with your order, she does go out of her way to assist you and make things right. We have appreciated that as we have three children we have ordered a lot of kit with, and things have gone wrong on occasion. The kit is high quality so no complaints there. Sometimes sizes aren't available, but again Rose has helped us a lot.

Can’t find my last review so here in another. Whilst the clothing is great quality the sizes are poor and the clothing is so expensive and I can’t believe you then pay postage on all items. Socks cost £9 then £7 postage! A school coat costs £90 and then £7 postage. Considering how much you most make from charging schools so much you would think you could be more generous.

Quality garments. Love my fleece. Highly recommend.

The quality of clothing is oh a really high quality, bought leggings a jumper and a waterproof coat. All are now my go to items to wear when heading to or from the gym or on a wet school drop off!
