Replacement Radiator endcaps
The plastic replacement radiator end caps arrived in perfect condition despite being sent in a plastic bag which offered no protection. The fixing prongs of one of the end caps had pierced through the plastic postal bag. I would have thought that a small cardboard box would have offered more protection and would have been more environmentally friendly.
The time between ordering and delivery was longer than I anticipated and I felt the delivery cost was excessive.

Range of products.
Simplicity of the ordering system and range of products available. I have purchased previously and was more than happy to do so again. The delivery times were prompt also the delivery team were friendly, polite and efficient.

Experience with Stelrad was very good
Experience with Stelrad was very good, good quality radiators, managed to get a bit of a sale. TRV's are maybe a little expensive but tbh, the quality is far superior to average on market. Easy enough to install. Doesn't come with the wall fixings which is fine as I had a lot spare anyway. Delivery was quick.
