I did try to call to discuss this, but unfortunately the call was ended before we could speak. We would have really appreciated the opportunity to look into this and resolve it for you.
All of our products are scanned out before despatch, so it’s likely this issue may have occurred due to a courier label mix-up during transit.

Delivery control issues
Products are as required. Had no problem with the compact radiators but was unable to get any control or say in the vertical radiator delivery which was also a different timescale to the compact ones. This would definitely put me off ordering again as I'm ordering for Customers not myself

Regarding the vertical radiator delivery, we do provide advance notification the evening before, along with options to rearrange if needed. These items can sometimes follow a slightly different schedule, but we’re always able to offer flexibility where we’re notified in advance, including coordinating same-day deliveries.

This would have been a 5 star review, however my radiator arrived damaged. I contacted the customer service team who did respond quickly and offered me a partial refund and some touch up paint for the radiator. It's a shame as I imagine the damage was done by the courier company so perhaps this needs looking into more.

Couldn't supply the radiator even…
Couldn't supply the radiator even though they said it was in-stock when I ordered online. When they get your money they then tell you not in-stock.
