I ordered an XP radiator for bathroom, to match other Stelrad radiators around the house, which I've had for last 20 years. Biocides are now added to painting process that my son, who has a rare immune condition, is allergic to. Communications re information with customer services were first rate, going the extra mile to help. They arranged collection of radiator free of charge. Great company, as before, with whom to work.

Bought replacement radiators to replace very old radiators. Bought K2 flat front panel ones which look modern, are well made, straightforward to fit and are easier to clean. Delivery was very fast and I was kept informed. Thanks

Excellent website with all radiator types and sizes and even better pricing. Delivery spot on with full updates on progress. Not buying radiators anywhere else now. Stelrad is a brand I used years ago but they seemed to dissappear. Glad I found them again.

Towel radiator was in good condition and meets my expectations, however the instructions for fitting are misleading. They show the position of the wall fittings as 80mm in from the outside measurement, this is correct for the top fittings but the bottom fitting need to be 105 in from the outside measurement. This led to two incorrect holes being put in the wall and needing to be filled.

Good service and fast delivery. Buying direct was ideal and the price was as good if not better than from retailers. Only one thing one of the radiators was slightly damaged on one corner. I can live with it so its fine but just a little more caution from the delivery side of things.
