Ordered my custom necklace and I have been wearing it for 5 months. The quality is great because they usually tarnish, however this one is still shiny and the colour is the same (even though I wear it in the shower). Shipping was quick and stella is so nice.

Scam !!!! My partner had ordered at the start of December got a tracking number sent that doesn’t exist !!! We have both tried to contact them with no reply, horrible customer service he paid 155 aud for this order

I have been waiting over 6 weeks for any response or update for my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
I placed an order for a choker of $70 AUD and recieved an email saying thank you for your order - please allow 1-2 weeks to ship as pieces are made to order. I allowed two weeks to lapse and then started to ask for updates via email. I’ve also DM’d via Instagram and left comments asking for a reply. It’s been 6 weeks with NO UPDATE or REPLY. At this point I just want my money back. Absolute scam.

I ordered for a month ago.but i haven't recieved it yet..I contacted them manytimes.They have never answered me...

I ordered on the 12th September and it is now 26th November and still waiting. My emails have gone unanswered and now they come back as undelivered. $100 down the drain. I have 8 pieces of jewelry from stella the collection and no problems until now. I'll never order from her again.

Please do NOT order from stella the collection. In the past they were good, but I believe they must have gone out of business. An order that I placed in August still has not arrived and has now disappeared from 'shop' tracking. My messages go unanswered so I'm assuming that I've lost my money.

SCAMMERS!!!! Won’t answer messages via email, TikTok, instagram and website. No order or refund. SCAM!

I'd love to hear from those giving a glowing review as I believe they are a scam.
I haven't recieved my product and can't get a response or get them to contact me back using every method available to me.
It's a complete scam I believe, would love to be surprised and have them respond/deliver but it's money lost!

I was so worried about buying necklaces online simply because of bad previous experiences. I ordered a necklace a few months ago and didnt want to review until I wore it. The quality is insane! I wear it to the gym 4 days a week and it doesn't tarnish or change colour.

I have been ordering since 2021 and everything is amazing. I was skeptical because the prices are cheaper than others I have seen, but i decided to take a chance. after 2 years of wearing the necklaces and bracelets, they have not tarnished and I also wear them in the shower and to the gym. Stella is a delight to communicate with and it feels great to be able to support a small business.

Just received my 7th order and I am in love. The quality of the necklaces are amazing and Stella is so easy to communicate with. Would recommend if you're looking for high quality jewellery that isn't overpriced.

I was told to cancel my PayPal dispute because my order was on hold. Unfortunately I was lied to about it and scammed $155 dollars. She or whoever it is behind this scam told me to cancel my dispute as it takes 2-3 weeks to get the metal printed on after I purchased it on the 22nd of April. It is June 20th now and I am still yet to receive any updates or any information. Their number does not work and nor does their email.
Please don’t fall into the same trap I got myself into.

Very bad customer service 4 weeks later no delivery yet when they said 1-2 weeks. It’s like this is a Scam. I have emailed and message through Facebook. As they say have any questions feel free to message us is a absolute joke! They don’t even respond. Where’s my order??? can’t even answer that. Don’t order from them they will take your money and run. If I don’t get a reply soon I’m taking you to court.

I have ordered 7 times and have loved everything I have gotten. I have also referred so many of my friends and family members who all love the brand and Stella herself. Amazing service and she is always going above and beyond!

Just received my first order from Stellathecollection, my package arrived super fast and Stella was great to communicate with. My bracelet is absolutely beautiful the quality is amazing and the prices are so affordable! Did I mention how pretty the packaging is! Will definitely be ordering more pieces in the future thank you Stella :)

I am so amazed how the pieces have came out, the jewellery are absolutely outstanding and elegant , in love with the packaging so adorable and gives you so much joy when you open them.

Stella herself is very nice and friendly. Whenever I needed a question answered she was very quick to respond and was very lovely about it.

Its not just about the product, its about the experience that you get while opening the package. They put heart and soul in their products . Feels like your product is packed with a lots of love and care . Ordered necklaces twice from them . Their chains are such a good quality.
Really happy . Definitely i will keep placing orders in future.

The only issue i had was with the shipping but they have great customer service and they checked and responded to me right away.
