Non-existent support after purchase.
I can't speak to the actual ingredients of the testosterone cream I bought - there is no requirement to have level testing which is apparently a bit of a red flag, but it did not seem to be very effective after a month. Of more concern, I started spotting blood, so I tried to contact someone for advice but there was no support other than a contact button. I emailed them over a week ago now and had no response. The website seems really sketchy as well. When you log into your account, it is a different web address and you can't get in via the main website.
I have discontinued using.
A company that is selling prescription products on-line really needs to have better, accessible medical support. This stuff isn't cheap either. They could learn something from the way Dermatica operates.
