My ring is awful. It looks like it should be in the children's section at Target. The color is nothing like the advertised picture. My family and my employees have questioned why I bought it. I really regret this purchase.

Dear Stacy! Thank you for your feedback. We understand you're unhappy with the ring's color, but as we explained, color variations due to lighting and photography are normal and not a quality defect.
We offered a return with a 30% handling fee as per our policy. You refused and instead posted emotional comments on social media while demanding a free return. Since this is not a quality issue, we cannot meet your request.

Lost stones within days
My fiancé had ordered a beautiful emerald cut Saphire ring for me, the proposal was beautiful and the ring amazing. However, within a week of getting the ring two stones fell out. When he contacted the company they sent another ring straight away. I was so excited to put my ring back on. Within 2 days of having the new ring another stone fell out, to say I was sad is an understatement. THe "gold plating" on the band had already started wearing off. The company is now only offering a 50% refund:( What should have been such a precious memory is now a frustrating and sad one.

I purchased three silver rings for everyday styling—two with moissanite and one with a lab-grown emerald, taking advantage of their “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” offer. The order was shipped in two batches: the first arrived very quickly, while the other two came about a week later. Overall, for the price, the quality really exceeded my expectations. Will definitely order again.

I purchased the Camila pink ring for my wife for Christmas they never sent me a tracking number or a order confirmation that was the first red flag then 6 days go by and I login to there website to track my order there's nothing there all the sudden no order to verify even though they debited my account 120$there a scam please don't fall for there BS you will pay for it on the back end when you don't receive anything just throwing money down the toilet all there reviews are ai bot generated if you don't listen to me that's fine but I do feel sorry for you now I reported them on PayPal and praying I get my money back don't make the same mistake I did they are 1000% a fraud
