Nice, France

STAY YNA was great to work with. Even after some problems with Airbnb they worked with us and got everything back on track. Our host was extremely responsive and the instructions for your place were very detailed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay to end our Europe vacation even with all the COVID worries. As for the place we stayed at it was amazing and well worth it. Close to everything from food, shopping and the beach. Easy to get around we were able to walk everywhere. Close enough to the airport and other transportation that it makes it very convenient. Place was amazing and clean with everything you will need. Lastly the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or your favorite beverage in the evening watching all the people.

DINGLE Tides

Thanks very much to Lauren and Fionna for the lovely stay in Dingle Tides.

The house was lovely and spacious with a great location. The boat house had plenty to keep entertained.

Location wise the house was beautiful placed along the waterfront. We found it very easy to get taxis into Dingle during the busy Other Voices festival period.

The welcoming basket was a lovely touch and Fionna was fantastic at check-in. Making sure we were all set for our stay

Would highly recommend!

Very disappointed and will not book with Stay YNA in future

Booked and paid in full per their contract and then Covid shut down hit. They wouldn’t refund and offered the worst months for rebooking. Then shut down was extended again and nothing open. Once all opened again we could not travel the new rebooking times offered and requested a credit for Future booking, They wouldn’t give us credit for future booking and kept our full rental $.

A little surprised to read so many poor…

A little surprised to read so many poor reviews. I have recently returned after spending a few days at Sands Cottage. Castlegregory, Co Cork. I found the whole rental experience excellent. Thanks to manager Oonagh for being so helpful and accommodating.
The cottage is lovely with absolutely everything one could require. 5 bedrooms ensuite made living with my family of children and grandchildren very comfortable.
We brought our 2 dogs with us which was great. They enjoyed their walks to the beach and the garden is big and secure.
I would recommend this property. Castlegregory and the Maharees are beautiful.

Family get together

Four days was too short in Orchard House as we, three generations, settled in nicely in this spotless warm cosy house. Comfortable beds, great sleep was had. Five and seven year olds loved the bath and plenty of hot water. I even read a thriller from the book case. A big bonus that we had room for the three cars in the yard and locked the gates to the street.
If need for a house for extended family to go west Orchard House is the one!
Thank you Rose as well for the lovely basket of treats and necessities.

Fabulous place

Fabulous place - will definitely be back - lovely welcome and spotlessly clean - the mountains at the back for walking and the sea in front to play on. Lovely lounge and kitchen area - great sized bedrooms and hot water on demand. Perfect location and thanks for lovely cheese and local treats - beautiful see you soon Maria

I do NOT recommend STAY YNA

I do NOT recommend this STAY YNA. Be aware, as they will charge your credit with out your consent. I was caught off guard when I received an email stating my credit card was charged $260 Euros a few days after my stay, with out my consent. After contacting the company they stated they were charging to clean to sofa and they "over charged" my account and will reduce the charge. I always take pictures when I leave the apartment, as I know scams of this sort exist. The images show the apartment was left in the same as way we checked. BE AWARE, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED if you choose STAY YNA.

Hi Shawna, thank you for your review. We do find this review to be unfair as the charge to you was the damage deposit agreed to upon booking. This is held until the home is cleared from damages upon check out. The charge was due to the strong smell of dog left and dog hair left on the sofa. We do advise in our terms and conditions "Dogs are not allowed to jump on, or sleep on the furniture or go in the bedrooms. We also ask that all traces of your pet be removed at the end of your stay, including the garden and courtyard areas."
If these smells or hair cannot be removed we do require professional cleaning as the apartment needs to be brought back to an acceptable rental condition. We always supply photos of the additional cleaning or damage, and invoice an you are notified of these charges.
We advise in future to always read the full terms and conditions before agreeing to avoid this upset.

Terrible Experience.

Terrible Experience.

DO NOT rent with this company. They will overcharge your credit card weeks after you leave. Dishonest and scammy. After contacting them about overcharges they reduced the charges but gave no explanation nor provided proof.

My family had a booking for my wife's 60th birthday in Kerry for June 2021 and we could not travel due to extended Covid restrictions. The weekend we had booked was the only time we could go as a family but then the restrictions were extended.

We informed Stay YNA of this and requested a refund as we would not be able to go. Stay YNA refused this refund even though no services were provided.

Avoid this company and stick to local companies who need your business and know how to treat customers.

It is clearly stated on our website BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the booking process- that a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This is also in our terms and conditions which are agreed to when booking.

In the event of cancellation, we will of course do everything we can to facilitate alternative dates as we have in your case – allowing you to change dates anytime within 2021 free of charge. This has been refused.

Ireland has not announced the situation for travelling in June. They are trying to open the country fully for May – so we cannot, at this point in time, cancel a booking you have made, 2 months in advance due to COVID.
You booked in Feb 2021 in the middle of a pandemic, agreeing to our T&Cs which state we require a 25% non -refundable deposit and now you want to cancel, will not agree alternative dates and are unhappy your non-refundable deposit will not be returned.

This is a standard booking procedure throughout the travel industry. We also, unlike many other companies, try to move our guest’s bookings to alternative dates, which you have refused.
I would advise that you carefully consider your actions before booking any travel in the future and are serious about your booking before confirming it.
