Stayed in January and had a horrible experience - found a condom under the sheets. Tried to check out and get a refund but the owners refused so I left and lost my money

Very rude and unprofessional

Room was filthy, I was promised a “luxury” stay and to be honest I wouldn’t pay anymore than £80 per room, chipped woodwork, strong smell of Indian food (I have nothing against the cuisine but I don’t expect to have the smell linger) bed was cheap as was the mattress and the worst part the “staff” need real training and the rudeness to my problems was beyond disbelief…be warned AVOID at all cost.

Awful room, dust everywhere, hairs on the bed and in the bed, stains on the pillows, yellow stains on the mattress yuk ! Disgusting, definitely not worth anywhere near the money they charge, receptionist rude, hostes talk over you and dont like any complaints at all even when u asked for the bed to be remade they were not happy, would never go back here again and I suggest you dont if you want a good stay

5star apartment very well maintained clean jacuzzi netflix led lighting me and my partner had an amazing time friendliest of host overlooking a beautiful park value for money will book again in a heartbeat

Incredible stay! The apartment was both roomy and spotless. It went beyond what I had anticipated, and the hot tub felt otherworldly. I'm definitely planning on returning.

Stayed here last night for my husband’s birthday. We were greeted and taken into the office where he went through everything and took copies of our ID (extremely professional) he then gave us the keys to our apartment. Wow it was immaculate, the lighting is amazing throughout, has everything you will need for a lovely relaxing break. The hot tub is a massive added bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The host went the extra mile sending us recommended food places for takeaway and to eat out, a video explaining how everything works in the apartment, which was fantastic. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Absolutely stunning place. The check-in process was simple, we was sent a video beforehand letting us know where everything is and how everything works. I would say the pictures and videos does not do it’s justice I was absolutely amazed when I walked in. Location was perfect and parking right outside. I was shown around by a lovely lady and she was really nice, I was having issues with the tele and she was there within minutes and sorted this out for me. The way they have set this apartment up felt very homely, I have not stayed in an apartment better than this and I don’t think I’ve come across an amazing place like this. It was clean, tidy, spacious and there a quiet area. If you’re wanting a little peace and quiet it’s your perfect place to book. I would definitely be visiting in the future again 🙂

stayed here for one night with my partner and didn't want to leave! great communication, very friendly and polite. easy process for check in and received details for local restaurants that were recommended in the area which there are lots to choose from, also received a video of instructions to help with the lighting and music player and TV, and jacuzzi bath which is great as you can always watch it back and not forget anything. the pictures look great that are advertised but it's even better in person, extremely clean through out each room, definitely recommend and would without a doubt return here in the future

I just want to say a huge thank you to Bobsy for being such an amazing host! From start to finish, everything was perfect and the stay was truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a bit of luxury and the ideal apartment for couples, this is the one. It’s spotless inside and out, beautifully modern, and somehow looks even better (and bigger!) than the photos. Honestly, don’t hesitate,just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Booked very late minute and they were very accommodating
The apartment was clean, fresh lovely smelling towels and bedding
Water left in the fridge with coffee, twas and milk.

The whole stay was amazing, totally relaxed jacuzzi was fabulous and every little detail down to having ice in the freezer made it all worthwhile would definitely stay again. Host were also amazing as well especially Bina who I met on checking in. It was nice and quiet felt safe and having music in every room was great too

We really enjoyed our stay at optimal apartments.
The rooms were very clean and tidy.
The location was excellent, there's a beautiful park Infront of the apartment and good restaurants around the corner.
Our host Bina was very welcoming and very helpful and very kind. They even sent us the locations of the local restaurant.
Everything was above the standards.
Definitely 11 out of 10 ratings for me.
I'll be recommending this apartments to everyone.
