Very poor said we had the finance made us sit in dealership for 3 hours asking for different things to say at end of day had to be sent for further review which after saying we had finance in place was a waste of time would never go the this company again

Didn’t like long process
Didn’t like long process, made me sign docs 3 times and missed work for more than a week waiting for final decision before I go back to my work place which is out of the country.
The APR rate is too high compare to others.
The only thing I like is the fact that I was able to be accepted after being rejected by other lenders.

Raised a compliant about being given an…
Raised a compliant about being given an unsafe car and Sandy D advised the complaint could not be upheld as the car had passed an MOT.
The car actually failed.
MOT FAILED 29/01 - TEST NUMBER - MOT test number
4200 4929 2646
Car only passed on re-test after it had been made safe at my expense.
A 3 second check online woukd have shown Sandy this. Not sure he even bothered to investigate properly. When I pointed this out to him hes just completely ignored me.
