Buying Car From Splend

Recently I have got a car from Splend, I had an excellent experience thanks to Bilal. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my situation. His communication was clear, professional, and genuinely caring. The onboarding process was smooth and straightforward, and Bilal made sure I understood every step. Do not Recommend Hiden extra Fees/Charges

I had a great experience given to me by Farhad. I think hes a great person well spoken.

25/02/26 today However the company is self not to great i wouldnt trust it i asked for help in reducing payments theu rather me leave then for thek to help me.

So from beginning they miss sold me the car. told me 1 thing then another gave me 2 cars which had issues then finally gave me a car had issues which being as same has issues also reported it.

There police is that they rather charge more money to people then to help so any way theu find theu will charge you extra they have like hidden fees they dont let you about in beginning Do not Trust them

There better companies out there!!!! DO NOT TRUST SPLEND!!!! rubbish

This company is horrible

This company is horrible
Following my last review the person who gave me the car called me that his Boss from head office, called him that he should talk to me. He was beginning to remove the review from trustpilot otherwise its on his account, probably his Boss threatened him of firing or something. Because of him I removed from.face book and Google.

They take rent every Thursday at 00:01. My payment didn't go through as there was not enough fund that day.
. I did inform them and assured them that I would pay the rent by end of same day the Thursday ,but they said there will be late payment chrge of £19 late it is acceptable if I fail to pay on time they will charge me as I was told when pick-up the car. However, I was not told that there was a buzzer when payment doesn't go through it will be activated. At 11am Thursday I started work the buzzer started, a horrible beeping soumd was coming from drivers side while there was a passenger in my car.
I called them many times couldn't reach any one I had to stop working. Friday paid them with extra late payment charge but the buzzer was still active, even Friday I couldn't work properly. I had to find the buzzer to remove it I couldn't work so I removed it. I email them explaining the situation and asked them to cover my tow days unreasonably they had restricted me from working or they should remove late payment charges otherwise I wouldn't make the nex payment. They ignoredy my request and I didn't pay them. Now they have removed the car from uber without giving any warning to me
So im out of work again.
This is diabolical , immortal not right. They charge me for late payment why would you restrict me form.workimg for that?

Our records show that payments on your account were consistently missed, and our collections team had been in contact each week. When your account fell two weeks into arrears, the telematics buzzer was activated as per our policy to encourage timely payment. Removing the telematics device yourself is a serious breach of contract. It indicates an attempt to bypass vehicle tracking and is considered a potential theft of the vehicle, which is typically grounds for immediate termination.

Before taking any severe action, our staff reviewed your case and pleaded on your behalf. We allowed you to keep the vehicle with a warning, but it is important you understand the seriousness of this issue. To continue working and avoid further disruption, it is essential that the device remains installed and all payments are made on time.

We appreciate feedback from drivers and remain committed to supporting our customers, but compliance with contractual obligations is critical for safety, fairness, and vehicle security for yourself and the company.

Hi Hatim,

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience. Our records show that the car was provided at 84% battery and returned at 17%. Our policy is to charge £1 per percent of battery used compared with what was provided. While our staff will often try to support drivers out of goodwill, this isn’t possible in cases of large discrepancies.

This policy is clearly outlined in your contract, as well as in the vehicle return appointment notes, booking confirmations, and reminders. If you return a vehicle via walk-in without any booking this is at your own risk, as you have not followed policy and this can cause delays for other customers.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue to review how we communicate these details to ensure clarity for our customers.
