Saving a skiing holiday - one good deed at a time!
I was six days out from a skiing holiday when I thought to test my new glasses with my old OTG goggles. And they didn't fit... great. Cue panic.
I looked online for prescription inserts, but everywhere had super long lead times - up to four weeks!
Spex4Less' website said two to five days. Tight... but doable.
I gambled, whacked in an order, and dropped them a note: "Ski holiday drama. I messed up. Anything you can do? (Also,I know my misake isn't your emergency!)"
To which they replied, "We got you." Okay, technically they were a lot more professional, but that was the jist. They offered to send the lenses out next-day RoyalMail as soon as they arrived.
And they did.
Lenses arrived today - just in time! They work great and it feels like having a prescription visor - without the crazy expense!
So thanks to Summer and everyone at Spex4Less for saving my holiday!

I have now used Spex4Less several times and every time it has been a flawless experience. Initially they helped me set up my prescription and talked me through how to use the website, which is very clear. The communication is perfect as they keep you up to date on the process and delivery of your glasses. The actual product is perfect too and I have had no problems at all. The choice is great, with really competitive pricing. Ordering was simple, and even with a varifocal prescription, the process and email contact was simple and effective.
