Reglaze frames broken in post
Long story short, I sent a pair of glasses in to be reglazed and they got broken in the post. Rather than just pop the pieces back in the post to me, they gave me a voucher towards a new frame and recommended some alternatives to the broken frames and within two days I had some great new glasses. Couldn't have asked for more. Great and friendly service.

Excellent customer service
I was so pleased with my reading glasses that I decided to order sunglasses in the same frames. I had made a mistake while ordering the sunglasses and they arrived as readers and not for distance as I expected. The team at Spex4Less were amazing and without any quibble replaced the lenses for the correct ones. All I had to do was pay the delivery, as this was my mistake, I thought it was excellent customer service.

Excellent Transaction and superb customer service
I bought their reglaze offer, I purchased the lenses I wanted, put my frames in a jiffy bag, printed out the label, booked Royal Mail pick up, got them picked up, and Bob's your uncle.
Unfortunately, I totally forgot to include any details inside the jiffy bag, my name, address, order no' prescription, the things they tell you to include, like the numpty I am!
I had a chat online with a wonderful lady named Hannah the day it was sent, I explained what an idiot I had been, and luckily my name and address would be on the postage label, after a few other details, she told me everything would be ok, and she would make sure it was processed.
Which they were, and after a couple of days I received my new reglazed glasses back.
Great customer service, speed and lenses, wally customer lol.

was concerned over ordering high strength varifocals since alignment is so key but after speaking to someone about the process and reassured that they could be fixed if any issues went ahead. service excellent, frame price much better than high st, lens price pretty competitive too. overall very happy
