Regarding service, Spex are first rate, prompt, helpful and go out of their way to resolve issues.
As an elderly customer with no desire to be ‘with it’ I really have no interest in designer but appreciate practical everyday glasses, and good advice. Endless offers are fine but in the end I look for a suitable product at an acceptable cost. I really like occupational lenses but balk at the cost of them, likewise anti glare and some of the coatings.
I fancy that prices have increased over time but that may apply to all spectacle suppliers, I have not compared.
Overall a very good level of service.

Absolutely fantastic service, I couldn’t find the sunglasses I wanted on prescription anywhere but found them here! Ordering was quick and simple , great updates once you have placed your order - my sunglasses had to be ordered in so weren’t ready to ship immediately, however even with that and adding my prescription they arrived in just a little over a week! Happy with service would use again

Inserts for ski goggles
Bought the goggle inserts for skiing. They were brilliant. I was a bit unsure when I tried them in the googles at home, but once I was out on the slopes I didn’t notice them at all and I had perfect vision! Quick service, arrived on time. Such a good solution.

Super intuitive website
Easy to place order, helpful telephone call ironed out a mini problem I had (my own fault). Slightly longer getting here than I expected but that’s the postal system’s problem. Specs fit well and work perfectly.

Great service & great price
I was slightly unsure about using Spex4Less, especially when the price I had been quoted for my replacement glasses was nearly 55% off what I had been quoted at my local opticians. However, I was incredibly impressed by not only the price, but the speed of delivery. My opticians had told me that it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, I received them from Spex4Less in under a week! Great service and I would definitely recommend using them in the future to anyone requiring replacement glasses.
