Called to ask for a price for a one man…
Called to ask for a price for a one man hoist, was put through to the Manchester hub after having exaplained to the first person what I wanted. The person that answered at Manchester hub could hardly be bothered.He said I needed to set up account before I could get a price- No problem, can we do that? Nope, needs to be done online and then call back, OK, so do you have a number to call back on when I've done that? He didn't know the number, 'just call back on the main number again and they'll transfer you over.' Strange sales technique to insist that someone making an active enquiry, get off the phone to jump through some hoops, but don't even give them the means to get back through to you directly, or even offer to call them back.

Had a few issues with the website, so spoke to the local delivering branch to place an order. Delivered on the specified day, which again incurred a few problems (the site contact had called in sick!) but again the local branch were very patient and helpful in resolving the issue.
