Customer service is non existent. The phone number just stays in hold. Emails dont get answered. Paid for dhl premium next day. They sent it via evri not next day. Absolute joke.

Bought a brake caliper which seems to be high quality and arrived in a few days. The price was very competitive. I would use this company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE .
I ordered a part that's wrong and I've sent around 20 emails to different contacts to return it with not 1 response .
They have no contact number and are just completely ignoring me .

Replacement washer pump identical to original and easily fitted

Very helpful in clarifying that the part was the correct one for the car. Unbelievably good price and the caliper seems to be good. Was as described and delivery was fast. Will use again.

Package was initially lost by the courier but credit to the team at Spares hut who re sent the item which arrived without too much additional delay

I was searching for a wing mirror indicator insert and a friend suggested ‘Spares Hut’. Very good website and what I particularly liked, was that it was easy to get confirmation that the part was right for my car. Unlike e bay whose vehicle search would not find my car no matter what info I put in. Amazon sellers descriptions are vague and again not clear if it would fit on my car. Ordered from Spares Hut, good price, communication great and I liked the follow up e mail from Joel!! The part arrived in a couple of days. I could see it had been packed ok by them but the Evri delivery was awful. The package was soaking wet and open at the top where the packing tape had come away because it was wet (no rain that day)!! The driver rang the bell, left it on the step and ran back to his car!! I would definitely like to use Spares Hut again but only if I can get the item delivered by a different carrier.
