Sam was amazing. We called as we had never been on a cruise before. She made sure we had the most appropriate room, fully understood everything included in our booking, told us about logistics before during and after and raved about the entertainment. So glad called.

We left this very late to try and find a cruise in a 2 week week window in August. Heather was great at understanding what we wanted and gave us 6 excellent options to look at.
